Love these! Bought for my daughter, she wears them to the rink from September-March. Very warm and comfortable!

I can't believe I waited for years to finally get these boots. They are so warm and comfy. I haven't worn them out of the house yet because I'm loving wearing them as slippers! They are as amazing as expected!

I returned these only because the color didn't work for me (I ordered black). But I give these boots 5 stars because I have them in chestnut and love them. I have walked miles in them shopping all day in Chicago and they are definitely supportive enough for me. They are so cozy and warm. Spray them every few weeks and they do fine in snow.

These boots are so comfortable and stylish. They hold their shape better than I thought they would. They are slightly slim around the calf area, but that helps keep the boots up so they don't slouch.

Perfect boot! Timeless! I bought these to replace my pair that is literally 10 years old and I returned the new pair bc my old ones have held up so well! You can't go wrong with these

I went to Ugg website and Zappos is listed as one of their retailers so I was confident these are real Uggs and not fake. Normally wear a size 7 but on their recommendation I ordered a size down, 6. Received 2 days later so was happy that even with Black Friday rush I did not experience any delay in receiving. I love them! Fit perfectly at a size down and had the certificate of authenticity with them in their Ugg box. I had a $30 coupon with Zappos, which I used at checkout, and that was on top of the already better sale price they had. I'm thrilled with the quality and service. Will continue to shop at Zappos!

Extremely warm and comfortable. I purchased these to use mostly as slippers around the house. I find myself running quick errands in them now too. Very soft and comfortable. Would like to mention that they are definitely not built for someone with a wide calf, which I struggle with. Overall, I highly recommend these!

My previous uggs were the sweater like ones which ran big. and they provided no warmth, so I opted this time around for the classic ugg and I love it! i wear it without socks and its so warm and comfy. I wear it for both going out as well as for walking my dog in the cold. I usually wear a size 8, I bought a size 7 and it fits perfectly. I love them!!

have lots of Uggs. Cold Colorado days they are the best! Just slip on and go! Soooooo comfy!

I was skeptical about purchasing a size 11, I am glad I took the advise of other customers. The boots fit perfectly not too small or too big

Bought these for my wife for her birthday and she absolutely loves them. She's normally a 5.5, so we tried a 5 and a 6, and she ended up going with the 5. It's snug, and a little tough to put on but we're told the interior will wear down a bit and the boot will stretch some. We waterproofed them with spray and haven't had any issues. These are light though, so I expect we'll see some scuffs show up eventually but at least with the light color we won't see so much salt staining during Michigan winters.

I have several pairs of Uggs, and really love them. These are no different - same high quality I expect from the brand. The black is a true black, and these te comfy and true to size.

I love these UGGs, they are practical, have a good style and are so comfortable. Perfect for a cold winter day. And, as always, Zappos service was fantastic and simply cannot be failed. The perfect shopping combination! They only downside is that the first few times of being worn, the Uggs can feel a bit on the tight side but they truly stretch and become extremely comfortable after just a few wears.
