I have been wearing Uggs for years now. I have a major problem with the quality of the Ugg boots that are being made in China. The sheepskin, wool lining is always uneven now. One side fluffy the other thin. Why can't they piece together pieces of accommodating size? I was given these for Christmas so I have no way to return them, but this will be the last time I request or wear Ugg boots.

Just opened these (Xmas gift), and we are disappointed with the sizing. My daughter already had a size 5 of Classic Talls (from last year), and they were getting snug, so we ordered a size 7. Strangely, these do not appear larger than the 5's, and are way too small (her toes are hitting the front). Her normal shoe size is 6½ to 7, so I definitely would not buy a size "down" from your normal shoe size. Has Uggs changed their sizing? We will try an "8" and see how we do. There definitely seems to be a change in the way they are sizing the boots. I agree with an earlier reviewer who noted that her short Uggs seemed to be cut/sized differently than the Talls.

I love Zappos and I love Ugg's but I had to return these. The shaft is supposed to be 16" but it was only 15" and they are just way too tight on the legs. Really disappointed that it was necessary to return.

Pros: Warm, Cons: UGLY, No arch support to speak of, my feet look huge in them. I usually wear a 6.5 and 6 is too big. 5 is too small so I am not sure if I can keep this. Also not sure if these shoes are meant for the younger lot and at 40, I am not sure if they look a little silly on me.

To begin with I absolutely love Ugg boots. This is my fourth pair and cannot get enough of them. I like this pair of tall black Ugg boots, however, the only drawback is the sole is rather slippery and I don't like it as well as the sole on the other three pair. The traction is just not as good.

I bought a pair of Uggs today after much deliberation on brands and pricing. I was expecting so much more. They are hard to walk in because the sole is huge and does not bend with your foot and, despite the touted "moisture wicking" shearling, my feet started to sweat immediately, creating an icky feeling in the footbed. Although they are just about the most comfortable and warm shoes I've ever put on my feet, they are also the ugliest and most unflattering. I'm having a hard time reconciling spending so much money. Because I do need some warm and comfy boots, I am going to return my Uggs and order another brand that sells for about half the price and looks a bit easier to walk in. Also, as several others have mentioned, you must order a full size down, they are very wide, and there is zero arch support.

Traditional Ugg runs small - The traditional boot runs very true to size so go up a size if you are a 1/2 size when ordering. Also, the shoe runs wide throughout, especially in the heel.

What a waste - These boots are the thing everyone wears at my school, so I bought a pair, but I was sad to see they got smelly by just wearing them. The outside leather looks stained and everyone has a pair so what’s the point in getting something everyone has???

Black Uggs - I found the Uggs extremely comfortable but am unhappy with the dyed black interior sheep skin. As the pamphlet says, it turns your feet black and most of it washes off with soap and water. Well, I don't want to wash my feet every time I where them. So, for now, they are only worn in the mornings before a shower. It was an expensive pair of occasional slippers!

Maybe think again. I bought these shoes in Sand, and I loved them. They are extremely comfortable, but only 3 weeks after I got them, I noticed the side seam was starting to split. And not because I have fat legs either. I sent them to the Ugg manufacturers for repair/replacement, and a month later I have nothing. I won't be buying this shoe again.

Disappointment - This boot looks cute and the outer sheepskin is good quality, but the lining was rough and scratchy in the left boot and part of the right! ...Each pair seems to differ in quality, and if I ever consider buying another pair, I'll go to a store and try them on...for everything else, ZAPPOS :)

These are terrible boots for Minnesota winters. They are awful on ice and snow and I have fallen many times. Zero traction. They are also not waterproof at all. They also do not repel the sludge from winter side walks and roads and mine are stained from that. What they are nice for is wearing indoors as they are warm and cozy like slippers yet fashionable.

I just got the classic tall in chestnut and they are defective! When folding them down it's a darker tan color in the front and a lighter color (as shown in the picture) in the back! Is this because they are now being made in China?! So disappointed!

From now on I'm going to look for the Uggs that have sheepskin fur inside and not the wool business because I found it kind of scratchy and uncomfortable. I also have pretty big calves and these were too tight. I usually get Uggs smaller than my real size, but maybe now that doesn't hold true anymore because these felt a bit too small in length and I don't want to go through a lengthy breaking in period. Off they go to some lucky friend with smaller feet!

Uggs are NOT what they used to be. The fur on the inside is now like a scratchy brillo pad. Awful.

I was so so very let down on the quality of these boots. I have bought several Classic Tall boots in the past and when I received these in the mail I was floored. The boot lining was half what it used to be they are way lighter and the soles of the shoe are super stiff! What happened to the Ugg boots that I loved? A let down for such expensive boots. I am so sad.

I was finally ready to order another pair of Ugg boots. Unfortunately, these are going back. The quality is not the same as three years ago. The shoe's interior (real lamb fur according to its label) is probably half of what it used to be. The shaft bent as soon as I removed the supporting carton from the shoe. Poor quality, high price. Very disappointing, particularly for the price. Their competitors seem to be made of better quality.

Their so not worth the price you pay. My feet froze when I was standing in line for black Friday. I even wore two pairs of socks with them and it still didn't keep my toes warm I stood in line for 3 hrs and kept going back and forth to the car to get warm I will never buy these boots again.

I bought a pair of these uggs years ago and loved the boots. Recently, however I decided it was time for a new pair. I ordered them and was so disappointed when they arrived. The quality has completely no comparison to the original uggs. They aren't even made in Australia! Now they are from China. The lining was very thin (at least 1/2 as thick as my old pair) they weren't as comfortable and even looked cheaper. I wouldn't recommend buying uggs now!

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. I gave this as a gift on Christmas and as the recipient went to put it on the boot broke.

Extremely comfortable. Kept me very warm during our trip to the Tennessee mountains. Only complaint is that they are a little too tight at first but then they loosen up once you wear them a couple of times.
