I like the shoes, but every time I wear shoes, the black dye comes off from the shoes and my legs and feet inside of shoes become black when I take it off.

very bad quality as of late; please stop manufacturing in China. Cheap slippery plastic-like bottom, fuzzy fur that sheds, very tight across the top ankle seam. Not worth it anymore. My old UGGS are so much better quality.

While the footbed felt true to size, my calves are too big for this boot. This is my 2nd attempt at Uggs and it's not working out so well.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She wears a size 8 in Uggs. She told me that these felt too small. I will be exchanging these.

I've had 6 pairs of Uggs over the last several years. They are all the original real sheepskin fleece lining. The new Ugg-Pure is a completely inferior product. It's a highly processed wool on a polyester backing and not nearly as warm, cozy, plush or comfortable. So extremely disappointing... I have very cold feet and Ugg boots used to be the only warm boots I could find. So buyer beware if you are used to the 'old' Uggs, you may be very disappointed.

To all veteran UGG owners. I am a LONG time UGGER ....I received two pairs of tall classics for Xmas. I have noticed the quality has noticeably declined. What happened UGG? I have boots from a couple years ago and they are made so perfect and the quality is amazing. These 2015 classics I got are thin and lighter and seem to not have the quality of the lining inside. Totally a difference and it's a bummer. I have heard UGG plans on taking the phase 1 of classics off market soon (April?) then introducing a CLASSIC II phase ....hopefully the quality comes back. If I wanted to pay less I would buy one of the generic UGG wannabes. I don't so I pay willingly for the real deal. If I am paying close to two hundred bucks for boots UGG ...I would appreciate the quality and comfort I fell in love with years ago.

Very disappointed. I hate the look of this new style. I have always loved this ugg boot. Of course, my current pair are 17 years old. The pair before that were 10 years old. I have own them since they first came out on the market (when only ugg made them.) The old style was so warm and cozy I lived in the boot all winter (we jokingly called them 'the ugly boot') They last forever but now the rubber sole is too thick and hard looking. They really are ugly now. They look terrible on large feet. Very disappointed...I was so looking forward to a new pair. If you like the look, though, you can't go wrong buying an ugg boot.

I wanted to love these so badly, but they are not made for someone with a larger calf. I tried them on without socks or pants and they were very, very snug! So, back to Zappos they go! I ordered the Ugg Lattice Cardy instead and they fit much better over my legs.

Zappos has the best customer service, but Uggs seem to have gone down in quality. The UGGPure material that replaced the sharkskin is terrible. We seem to be paying for the name and not for quality.

I have several pairs of Ugg Classic boots, both short and tall. This pair of the tall classic Ugg size 10 did not fit like all of the other Ugg boots I have in size 10 that I bought several years ago. Very disappointed. I must return them.

The sle on the Classic Tall is stiffer than on the Classic Short. It also seems slick and slippery. They would not be good for icy conditions. The seam over the top of the ankle may hit in the wrong place for some women.

I got these to keep my perpetually cold feet warm. I am very underwhelmed. At least these fit, where the Ugg moccasins were too tight in the toe but slipped off the heel. These fit well without being snug. But my feet are still freezing. And they're ugly. I knew that going in but was willing to overlook it if they kept my feet warm. Oh well.

The fit was good. I am a size 6 and I always order a 5. The reason i'm returning these boots is because of the Quality. I have had at least 5 pair of UGGs and i was upset to see the poor quality of these, the wool inside was thin and flimsy. I compared them to some of my past worn out UGGs and you could feel the difference, even after wearing my last pair for about 3 years. I think UGGs have lost the plot and its all about selling volume not quality. Very sad.

I bought these in brown and black. I wore the black ones and the bottom is all gathering up under my feet. They are very uncomfortable for the price. The positive is they are very warm.

Not all that! I am very disappointed! I ordered the Classic Tall one size down, they are not comfortable! They are not worth the money! But I am keeping them.

Wow! These boots are expensive. They were on my favorites list forever. I finally broke down and ordered them. I love Uggs and have worn them since 1988. They have always been of superior quality when they were made in Australia. Now that they are made in China the quality has decreased, just a fact. The boots are not nearly as heavy. The weight of the Uggs was reflective of their high-grade leather, this is now not the case. The sheepskin inside is not as thick. The rubber on the soles are more like plastic. The price of the boots do NOT reflect the decrease in quality. The boots still look the same in terms of style, which is why I went ahead and ordered them. Sad that the quality no longer exists. Let me point out this is not Zappos fault. Zappos still is the best shoe site in the world!

If you have thicker calves do not get the Classic Talls. The seam at the top ruins it. It almost "pinches" the leg. I can never see myself getting jeans in these boots. The are much thinner looking than the Triple Button Bailey (which has way more leg room and has a nice thicker look). Also, with black Uggs, the suede does not look as rich (this is going by two pairs that I had to return from Zappos). The suede does not have that shade-changing thing that happens when you run your hand over it. I am very disappointed with the classic Ugg. The boots are too expensive to wear scrunched down as a different look (which will ruin the integrity of the boot). Zappos was great though, did a really quick exchange. I added a little more money to get the Triple Button Baileys, they quickly e-mailed me a return shipping label and I'm good to go, will have my new boots in one business day. Also the phone representative was very patient helping me sort out my thoughts on colors. Final thought; go for the Bailey Triple Button. Yes, they are a little more pricey but if your legs tend to be a little fuller, the width will be a problem with the Classic Talls and there is no problem at all with the tall Baileys. My leg slipped into them very easily, they do not feel tight at all. They are like heaven for your feet and legs!

I have had pairs of Uggs before, and they are not the same as they used to be. If you got Uggs before and you think they are the same quality they are not. The sheepskin is still soft and high quality, but the soul of the shoes are cheap and feel almost like plastic foam, they are very cheap. There are some other styles of Uggs that are still made high quality.

Not enough traction on the bottoms. I've noticed that Uggs are not consistent with this. My first pair was super slippery. I know these aren't snow shoes but I would literally slip and slide in the snow and on ice. I've even fallen down the stairs twice because of the slippery soles. My second pair was the Ultimate Tall Braid and those had nice rubber soles with good traction. I ordered the Class Tall pair and again felt slippery on my wooden floors, so I knew they wouldn't provide good traction when it was wet and icy outside.

Well, what can you say about boots that are overpriced, not waterproof, and unattractive? I got these for my 12 year old daughter as a special gift. She loves them and after protecting them with a waterproofing spray feels that she can walk to school wearing the boots when the conditions aren't too sloppy. Ah, fashion.
