Based on the reviews, and suggestions to order down if you wear a half size (I wear an 8.5, so I ordered an 8), I must be one of the few people who found this advice to not be accurate. The boots weren't just snug, but tight! I have the Ultra Tall boots in black in a size 8, and they fit fine. Maybes it's the difference in footbed because of the more rugged outsole on the Ultras, but in the Classics, the 8 was just way too tight. These will be going back, and I'll order a size 9. Other than that, I expect them to be just as great as the Ultras that I have, its just that the sizing advice didn't work for me. Good thing Zappos has free shipping both ways.

I couldn't wait to get these! I ordered on Friday and they came on Monday. I usually wear a size 9 and they fit great! I was little worried when a review said they ran big. I am a true size 9 and they fit great. The absolute only tiny complaint is that the black bleeds a little on your bare foot. A true Minnesota staple if you ask me.

My second pair of this style and size. I wear a size 8 so I bought a size 7. They fit a full size larger than marked. They are snug when buying this way.. but this is what you want because they will stretch out as they wear.

The warmest boots ever! I started buying Uggs a few years ago after I got tired of my toes going numb at the bus stop. Don't be surprised if they are snug at first and they stretch a lot. I love these boots!

Love these boots.. they are comfortable and very warm. I ordered a half size smaller than my regular 8.5 shoe size. It worked great for me. I do believe that since it is a wide shoe you will be fine going half size down...it is a half size larger in sizing because the 8 fits perfectly. I am usually a medium width 8.5 sizing and am 5' 5", 118 pounds. The shoe is the best of the comfort for Uggs.

I've always felt that Uggs are, well, ugly. But a couple years ago I went and bought my first pair, and I guess you could say I'm a complete convert for these babies. I wore a hole right through the bottom of my first pair and had to part ways with them last year, so I just bit the bullet this week and bought a new pair. As usual, Zappos delivered my doorstep, and there my beloved boots were waiting for me after work one day later, and I can't wait for it to cool off so I can fall back in love with them. I don't care if they look a little funny, (almost) nothing feels better than cozying up with a pair of Uggs. I wear an 8-8.5 normally, and bought a 7 in these classic Uggs, just because the 8's were swimming on me after a few months wear last time. No tightness around the toes so I'm not worried about them wearing thin. Also, they do feel a bit wide after wearing for a while. At first they're good and snug but after some good lovin' they open up a bit. For those with high arches, these support well in the beginning but again, with normal wear, that will decrease a little with time.

Super comfy and great for travel. I travel a lot for work and Uggs are my go to shoe.

Uggs are Uggs and these will most likely last long. I must comment on Zappos service...none better! Free one day delivery! No one compares!

This is my 7th pair of Ugg boots over the past 6 years. The classic tall is always my favorite. The super comfy inside, that keeps you warm and dry. It wouldn't be fall or winter without them! I got the grey and it is super cute! Supposed to be the "it" color this season. Remember...Uggs run large so make sure to order .5 or a full size down. As always, Zappos is amazing with their super fast shipping and returns. I love Zappos.

Nice boot. I have three other pairs, and these are probably the best yet. They keep my feet warm, as well as my leg. One thing though, the black ones will feel different then the other colors, due to the dye process.

I bought these for my daughter. She loves them! She can either fold them down or wear them tall. However, if you have larger legs, then this is not the boot for you.

I love these boots (they were actually my 2nd pair of UGGs) and wore them all winter. I can't wait until the colder weather gets here so I can wear them again. They are definitely warm and comfortable, even when walking long distances while traveling. Definitely order a size down from your normal size. I usually wear a 6 and ordered a 5. They were a little snug at first, but quickly molded to my feet as the natural leather does stretch a good bit as you wear them.

This is a nice boot that is very comfortable. I ordered both the 9 and the 10; however, there was no difference in size (in my experience). I wear a size 10, and the size 10 was true to size for me. The boot also keeps feet very warm, and the fit is snug to the lower leg.

These boots are lovely, and they arrived overnight! Zappos is my favorite place to shop!

Loved this boot!Its very sexy with skinny jeans,had few problems at first but zappos made me worry free and customer service is A++++ will be buying again in future :)

Now I understand why people love Uggs so much. they are the ugliest boot I have ever seen, but the comfort and warmth make up for that a million times over. I thought I would only wear them when it was frigidly cold, but now I wear them almost everywhere I go and this explains how this ugly boot has become the fad of the century! I love them! I am usually a size 8/8.5, but fit snug in a size 7.

They are super comfortable like soft slippers and even kind of look like slippers when you come to think of it. The UGG Classic Tall boots are very comfortable, and keep your feet very warm in this cold weather. They do run big, so if you wear a 7 1/2 or a size 8, get a size 7.

Love my UGG's! Order your size. I did not think they ran big. Warm, comfy and go with anything. Wish they had a true tan, their tan is too light and the color I ordered is a little too orange, but still love them. Really loved free shipping!
