What can I say? These are UGGS! Not the sleekest boot around, but you can't beat 'em for warmth and comfort. I have a few pairs that I rotate for pretty much 3-season wear. They are socks-optional, even in very cold weather, which makes them great to throw on for a quick stroll to the corner deli or the mailbox. I swear by these boots. The only reason I didn't give five stars for overall quality is that the stitching on the right boot is torqued a bit - the seam twists a little and isn't perfectly straight up-and-down. Minor, but I do feel the quality control could be better on a boot this costly. Not enough of a worry to return them, however. I'm already enjoying them!

Very good quality and comfortable, however the cost is over-priced. After all, these are not Christian Louboutin...

Bought these for Christmas for my daughter. She is very athletic and the boots fit very tight across the calf. Hoping they will stretch out a little, especially for the price.

Love the color. I'm size 6.5-6 and got in size 6, since everybody says downsize, and fit is perfect, but shoes are wide, warm, comfy, no arch support. Looks huge if you are on the skinny side and pretty much expensive.

My daughter is so happy with these boots. I wish they were pre-treated to be water resistant though.

I loved this boot, but it was too tight around my calf and had to return the boot.

I have about 5 pairs of Uggs in various colors and styles. They are super comfortable. This particular pair of black boots stain your feet black and it is very hard to get off. I've never had this happen before with any of the other Uggs I've worn, even other black ones.

Got these a couple of weeks ago. I must admit that the quality got poorer in comparison with my old ones that I've purchased 3 years ago. But I still love them.

I really liked these boots but, alas, they were too tight around my large calves so they went back. I ended up getting the Bailey button style instead and they fit great.

I love classic Uggs - I have accumulated five pairs of them over the past few years and have my eye on yet another color. But I have to say I only use them as house shoes. They feel wonderful on my bare feet and legs and are terrific at making cold mornings bearable. But they can't be really waterproofed, they are soft enough to easily scar, scuff and tear, and they don't have any support at all once they stretch out with a little use. So, in my opinion, these are the best bedroom slippers in the world, but not really streetwear.

I ordered this item from another online retailer. I received the Short instead of the Tall boot. When I ordered from Zappo's, I received my pair of Tall boots very quickly. I will always look for what I need at Zappos first! Zappos is accurate and quick and respectful of me, the customer. By the way, the boots are very warm and perfect for Colorado winters.

Very comfy and warm and I wear a size 7.5 and 7's fit me fine, one boot had a very slight imperfection though, the line seam on the outside of the boot seems to shift too much to the front but it's barely noticeable and the boots are so cute, I give it 4 stars due to the imperfection in the design but not all boots will have that I am sure so get them.

UGGS stands up to its quality name but these boots were definitely a whole size if not more, larger and wider than expected.. But Zappos always lives up its promises and I'm very happy with the service of returns and shipments being very fast.

The Classic Tall only makes sense, if you are going to wear them with skinny jeans or a skirt. I sent them back, because I don't wear skinny jeans and wouldn't wear these with a skirt, as they just aren't cute enough. However, they were very comfortable and warm.

I really didn't want to buy these - not a big Ugg fan and think they're best seen around the house. But I was 7 months pregnant on a trip to NYC, and needed some insanely comfortable, warm shoes. So I picked up a few contenders and threw these in at the last moment. And they won. They are comfortable. While you cannot fully escape the I'm Wearing Uggs look, at least the black tones down the embarrassment.

My duaghter loves them, of course. There is really no question of them being as described because, well, they are Uggs! Good quality at an unnecessarily high price, which is my only complaint. They are stylish, warm and comfortable.

I ordered this pair of booths to my wife and she is very happy with it, she told me that are very comfortable and warm, was a nice Christmas gift.

These Uggs were number one on my grand-daughter's list. She absolutely loves them. She was so excited when she opened her present.

I really like the look of this boot, and the warmth it brings. Not a ton of arch support, but it's still comfortable. My main complaint is that when wearing these without socks (recommended by UGG) my feet end up black. Since this boot is favored to wear to yoga class, ending up with black foot bottoms is embarrassing! I'm surprised that a boot of this quality reputation has this issue.

I bought a pair of the tall Uggs for my daughter for Christmas but, of course, after she kept telling me how cold her feet were I said open your box honey,it was wonderful to hear all the "Oh Mama these are so great! How did you know I wanted these for years?" The only thing I would highly suggest is buying one size smaller. They run a full size large.

I just ordered 2 of these one in auburn and one in mushroom. First of all I was really impressed with Zappos because I just ordered it yesterday and its already in my house at 1pm today. And the fur inside is a lot more softer when it has no color like in the mushroom the fur is very soft but the fur in the auburn is stiffer than the mushroom but its still comfortable. Okay so my calf is pretty big and I usually wear size 7 or 7.5 on sandals/heels but when is comes to close shoe I want my shoe to have more space because that way I will feel comfortable and so I also will have room if I wear socks. People are saying that this shoe runs big so I took their advice to get 1 inch back. I usually order size 8 in close shoe so with this I ordered 7 well it really is true to size so I have to return it and exchange to size 8. I call customer service and the girl was really nice and helpful. The size I wanted was out of stock tho so I have to wait for it to be in stock so I can exchange my shoe. So I would say that you should order your usual size. And I'm really impressed with Zappos so I will order my other shoes here again. Good job Zappos!

My first thought about these boots is that they aren't the most attractive things in the world but I didn't buy them for fashion, I bought them for warmth and comfort. I love being able to slip them on with bare feet and run errands up here on the mountain when it's just cold with no snow or ice. These aren't good for snow and ice! Make sure to buy proper snow boots for those! I definitely don't think they run big. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe so I bought an 8 in these. With medium weight socks (if those were necessary) they would be too snug to fit comfortably length wise. I do like the width since I have feet on the wide side. The thing I absolutely do not like is the circumference. I don't have large calves but they aren't skinny either. Getting these boots on with jeans tucked in is impossible unless I have on super skinny fit jeans. That makes these less than super comfy. Every time I take them off I expect to see the lower half of my leg and foot to be blue. I wish I didn't find the short version to be so frumpy or I would have gotten those and avoided the calf issue. Until someone comes out with a nice casual boot to oust these then they will serve the purpose.

I like the shaft height. Nice full sheep's wool fleece, natural & all. Shaft fits tight, oddly so. No arch support & one looses the fleece effect if they insert one.

My boots came super quick. Everything with Zappos was great. About Uggs, they seem to have changed slightly so the seam around the ankle is tighter. If you have a high instep, it's hard to get your foot into the boot. If you push too hard, the back seam tears open.
