The slides are pretty firm but somehow that's exactly what my sore heel needed. It's like,my feet are not longer pressured by my weight against the hard floor. The slides absorb all the weight. I totally, totally recommend them.

They didn't come with instructions but are really easy to work out how to use

A lot of ppl are complaining about the redesign, but I love it. The color scheme is great of course, but the sandal feels like there's memory foam and the plastic nubs aren't nearly as hard. I've been buying this style slide for a while, and although I still wish they would carry half sizes, the redesign makes this shoe that much more comfortable and worthwhile.
