These slides employ the basic principles of acupressure to bring relief to sore and tired feet. The little nubs are very stiff at first but soften after a few wears. I wear these after I get home from work or after a gym session for a few hours then switch to regular comfy slide.

I love this shoe, and I did as a child too. HOWEVER. These are not true to size at all. I am an 8.5/8 in women's, 39 in euro sizing. I ordered an 8 and they fit like a true 9. Returning for the size 7 but it's annoying. In general I also wish they'd offer half sizes.

Great studs in the bottom improve the comfort on the sole of the foot over a long time.

Had these sandles back when I was in high school so I had to finally get them again. Love the black & gold color & how they massage your feet.
