First of all, if you've never worn these before note that they may cause some pain at first. Some people have to build up tolerance to wear them for more than an hour. That said these are the comfiest footwear I own and I wear them as slippers all year round. The massage effect on my feet is amazing and keeps them from getting super tired to super painful. I cannot recommend these high enough, especially for anyone with foot pain. Really wish Adidas would make some actual slippers with closed toes and furry on the inside but also with the knobbled footbed. I would but them in a heartbeat!

exactly what I was looking for..something to wear indoors. At first the spikes were painful. Felt better with socks on but than after wearing a few times they became more dull and easier to wear!
