I normally wear a size 8 1/2 or 9 but I ordered size 8 because similar slides that I had tried on fit better in a size 8. I previously had a pair of the same slide and they were approximately 20 years old when they came apart so I thought it was not a bad idea to order the same.

love these! the sole really massages your feet as you walk, i use these inside and when i go outside i slip to another shoes and they feel also like heaven, thanks to these and better blood flow in feet... also if your feet gets wet, the design allows your feet and slippers to dry faster and achieve dry feeling faster.

I love these. I wear them until all the little nubs start falling out, then get a new pair. The massage takes a little getting used to, but it’s wonderful overall (like my own personal acupressure). I always jump for pairs that aren’t the basic black.

I'm an 8.5 and got the size 8. They're really comfortable! I love them with or without socks. As a reflexologist I especially enjoy the benefits of a walking foot massage. If you find your feet a little sensitive at first, try using socks for a few days and wearing them for gradually longer periods of time. Enjoy!

I love these! Usually an 8.5 and went with an 8. I wear them with or without socks, but I recommend socks if the nubs seem too intense for the first few wears.

When it comes to sliders I I recommend these my son has this pair and two other that I got him Love them also . Get them great on the feet he say , get them size if you have wide feet , narrow feet size down

My feet are so flat, I fell in love with these slides when I first tried them on. I wish they made them into work shoes or any everyday shoes, forget the foot dr. Their getting paid to much!
