It’s a classic -
I had a pair of these years ago and I loved them. When they started to fall apart I gave them to my friend who really liked them. He wore them till they had holes, then they hung from his ceiling for years. I’m happy to have another pair finally. Very comfortable!

Damn good-looking, on guys and girls -
My ex-boyfriend had multiple pairs of Sambas, and I always thought they looked hot - casual but cool. I have since bought myself a pair, and while my feet are still getting used to them, I am liking them a lot. Pretty comfortable, though my flat foot is still adjusting to the higher-than-normal arch. I recently had a bad spell with Achilles tendonitis, and these are actually treating me ok, so we'll see. A warning to you gals out there - I usually wear a women's 11-12 (I'm six feet tall, what can I say?); I wear these in a men's 10.5, no smaller. Also, my feet look very long in these, which I don't love. These are not for you if you want your feet to look small and cute. I do think they look pretty great though, and I like 'em, so I'm keeping them.

Solid shoe -
I use this shoe for biking using a toe clip on the pedals. It fits nicely in the clip and it feels right pedaling or walking.

This shoe runs small. My husband wears a 14 but these were at least a half size too small. They are nice looking shoe.

They run small. I am a true 9.5W/8M and they are tight on my feet, but 8.5M is too big. I have narrow feet and my feet were swimming in 8.5M, so I had to go with the 8M...hoping to break them in.

The fit was ok, with good length in the toes, but too narrow for my feet. I do wear them, but can't walk many miles in these without my toes hurting. Narrow in the toe box. Love the style and that is why I bought them, but for comfort they just don't make it. I won't purchase them again.

Like the style, would love it without the suede part. Not a fan of the tongue of the shoe, just too big. I returned and went with the women's style which has a smaller tongue. I'm a women's 9 and felt I needed to try on a women's 8.5 to compare. I've always warn Adidas in 9 but this one was tough to tell which size would fit best without comparing. Wouldn't recommended sizing up!

The shoe is fine, but the tongue of it is way too long. It comes fast past wear you tie the laces. I was between the OG or getting the platform sambae and the tongue on those is normal so I am returning this pair.

Shoes run large. Not sure if these shoes have been returned before, a lot of hair in one of the shoes & also hair all in the shoe box.

These are really good classic cute shoes. However, they are extremely slippery. The tread on the bottom is very dangerous. I had a few mishap slips when walking on some sidewalks that had some handicap paint markings. Finally the next day I was walkng down down some concrete stairs and I slipped off the bottom step and went crashing down full force. It was humiliating and dangerous - people came running over my daughter screamed "Mom!!!" 2 weeks later I still have a bruised elbow. These shoes need a redesign on the tread.

Unfortunately, these are too narrow for my feet. I tried my regular size and returned for a 1/2 size up and still, the toe box is just too small. I wish I could get a pair of these that fit because I love the design.
