Great shoe - My husband has large flat feet. This shoe fits him wonderfully. He LOVES it.

Margin. Simply the best! Right out of the box, these shoes are ready to wear. I have been buying these shoes for years now. They are the ultimate cross over shoe. I have a pair for play (look great with jeans) and a pair for dress (work or weddings, they look good as well). I only pray they don't discontinue this style. By the way, don't buy your shoes from anywhere else. Sure, try them on somewhere, but order from Zappos. I ordered my shoes on a Monday (regular shipping) and Zappos upgraded my shipping for free, and I had them by Tuesday mid day.

My husband has a wide foot, so it's so much easier to buy him shoes online. This purchase was so easy. Not only did Zappos ship them at lightning speed, but my husband loves them. They feel great, look great for work, and fit his wide foot well. We bought the brown nubuck, which is the down side. My husband is so hard on shoes that I knew this would be a problem when I purchased them, but this was the only shoe style I could find that would meet his approval. The nubuck is already showing wear after a few weeks, but the fit and comfort are still well worth the purchase.

Surprisingly good fit for a narrow dress shoe - For my foot (9.5 length, B width, very narrow heel), these were a perfect fit, which has never happened before with any casual or dress shoe. They fit so well when I tried them on the first day, in fact, that on the second day I took them as my only shoes for a four-day trade show and did not get a single blister in miles of walking, which was just amazing for zero break-in period. Pros: - Great fit for my narrow foot and even narrower heel - no rubbing or blistering. - Look very good with dress pants (even with black pants, whereas earlier Rockport Dressports were not a true black color); go well enough with nice jeans and a black belt (although the Rockport Northfields pair better with jeans). - Lightweight. Con: - Not as much shock absorption as I would have expected - while I had no rubbing, the soles of my feet were fairly fatigued after a day of standing and walking.

Rockport Margin - I need a comfortable shoe since I work in retail and am on my feet all day! The Rockport Margin is a durable and comfortable shoe with good support. It is a great shoe for work but a little too plain for anything else. I own both the black and the brown pair and would buy these again in a minute.

Rockport - This shoe was exactly what I wanted and the extra wide translated into a 4E. Light, good quality, comfortable, even brown throughout. Excellent value.

Narrow Foot in Texas - I like the look of the shoe, but I do not like the fit, it feels wide. I have a narrow foot, and in the pass the Rockports I have purchased fit real good, the shoe will not get much wear, they will set in the closet a lot. I am not pleased with paying this much money and not liking the product I get.

Rockport Margins - I've always had bad luck with oxfords and dress shoes in that the ones that I buy always rub my heel raw. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I'll double up on socks just for the added padding. This is why I love these Rockports so much. I've worn them on and off for the last few months and they are hands down the most comfortable oxfords I have ever worn. They hold up to wear and tear really well and are just the right weight for me. Unbelievable comfort (for oxfords at least) and great looks. If, for some reason, I could no longer wear my current Margins, I would definitely order another pair.

First-time Rockport buyer. I purchased my first pair of Rockport shoes 1 month ago and I chose the Margin since I was looking for a lace-up oxford. I can't believe the quality, comfort and good looks of this shoe. From the minute I put them on I knew I had made an excellent choice. The shoes felt like I had been wearing them for months...that's how comfortable they are. After wearing them for just 3 days I liked them so much that I ordered another pair in black. These shoes are just fantastic!! You guys and gals at Zappos are also fantastic. Both times I ordered the shoes it was late afternoon...maybe 4 or 4:30 PM. The shoes were delivered by 2:00 PM the next day!! You can't beat that!!

Nice shoe - I got these because I liked the Rockport Northfield, but I wanted something with a more durable sole (I'm 240lbs, 13 4E). The sole is firmer it seems, but I still might get a heel tap -- something I learned about when I brought my old (worn out in 7 months) Northfields to a shoe guy. Not as comfortable as Northfields. Great with Khakis, too dressy for jeans. Northfield good with either. I like em, but I'm going to get another pair of Northfields to alternate with them and to wear more casual.

My Shoe - I've always had difficulty in finding a "wider" shoe. Most shoe stores only sell double-E. When my brother told me about Zappos and I went to the website, I was gladly surprise to find that you indeed had shoes that would fit my wide feet. Thanks for having 4-E's you've made my walking so much nicer... (Smile)

Review of Rockport’s Margin - Wonderful shoe--I wear a small size and the 6EE was very true to size. Very comfortable, feels real sturdy and hence offers great support while being extremely soft and comfortable at the same time. I'm about to order another pair in a different color if they're still available! Can easily go from casual to dress with no trouble.

Definitely Recommend Zappos - After I had received these shoes, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. Zappos made the exchange very easy. They shipped me the new pair before they had even received the pair I was returning. Plus the shoes were a great buy and great quality.

Hubby digs these shoes - These are great for him, he spends a lot of time on his feet. We both love the espresso nubuck colour, looks much better than the black ones. He really likes them, and he never says anything about shoes other than when they aren’t that great. We will be checking out other Rockports in the future. Oh, we also love that Zappos service! Saved us tons of time 'cause we don't live in mallville and the local selection is marginal at best.

They are perfect - I do a lot of walking and have problems with my joints. They are a great looking shoe with a very comfortable fit. I have a narrow foot and it helps that these come in narrow. I have been wearing this shoe for years and would recommend it highly.

Perfect Fit - I have plantar fasciitis and choose my shoes very carefully because of the support I require. The Margins I recently purchased are the most comfortable form fitting pair of shoes I have worn in years. I plan on buying more pairs and holding them for the future!

Great - I usually get Clarks but they don't have anything plain like this these days and my wife remembered Rockport. Very comfortable from day 1. Will be buying in black now also (got brown). I wear these everyday for work.

Rockport Margin - first Zappos order - The show did feel a little longer and wider than other 10/5 wides I have worn, but as I was ordering a show for new orthotics, it worked out for me.

I bought these as a gift - I bought these shoes as a gift, and as luck would have it they fit the recipient perfectly! He normally orders the size I bought so I'd have to say they are marked correctly. They look great on him, are very well made, and are perfect for the winter months.

Great Shoe - I originally bought a pair of these for my son to wear to school and he loves them. He liked them so much that his Dad tried them and he loves them too. Very comfortable. Can walk all day in them.

Great shoe - Great shoe. More casual looking than I was expecting but I am very happy with the purchase. Very nice fit and feel.

Rockport Margin - Very nice shoe, nubuck was a little darker color than picture, which was what I wanted. Accommodated Spenco orthotic insoles nicely. Very comfortable shoe. Size 15N, hard to find with a decent selection. Zappos keeps me shod. Thanks again.

I have worn Rockport shoes for years and the Margin continues the outstanding quality and comfort I associate with this brand.

Wonderful service on our order - We have ordered a lot of items over the years BUT we have never had the gracious and super service that was given to us on my shoes. The size 15 is a tough one to find and not to be able to try it on, we had to return it for a size smaller. It came in a speedy way and they fit wonderfully. We won't loose your address or thoughtfulness for your customers.

Rockport Margin - great shoe - Lovely shoe - I bought it for my son and he loves it - he said he didn't have to "break into" the shoe at all. It was comfortable from the first day. It fits true to size and it doesn't scuff easily. And of course we love Zappos fabulous quick service!
