Great customer service!! I ordered a pair of Floresheim dress shoes for my husband in his usual size, but when they came, they were too long. So I called Zappos. They sent me a return label for the shoes and shipped out a smaller size - which turned out to be too long also. Not a problem. They let me send those back and we ordered these Rockports. Perfect fit! And I did not have to pay a thing for the returns. THANKS!

I bought these for my boyfriend and they're perfect for dressing him up a bit without being too formal! Love them and so does he!

I have enjoyed these shoes and ended up ordering another pair in a different color. I wear them at work with dress trousers as an alternative to my more expensive fancier dress shoes. I feel no shame in wearing such shoes as they look fine. Would not wear with a suit but look good with what I am wearing.

No break in period was needed, wore them right out of the box. I am hard on my shoes and these fit comfortably, I can stand all day and they look great either with suits or casual. I am a size 14 4E, You won't go wrong with these.

Bought these as a birthday present for my boyfriend. He's the type of young adult that lives in jeans and sneakers and deeply resents anything that smacks of formal clothing. Nevertheless, he LOVED these. They fit him perfectly, and he said they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. He also really seemed to appreciate how unobtrusive they are. They do not make a fashion statement, they're basic all-around function that are well enough styled that you just don't notice them. Perfect for the man who's trying to fit into the business casual model without making a splash. Great quality for the price as well. Beautiful looking leather.

These are great business casual work shoes. Very comfortable, and hold up well. Nice, neutral, low-key style.

Tan color is lighter than display image. Typically wear 9 or 9 1/2 depending on the shoe. Found 9 1/2 to be to loose.

I ordered this shoe at the last minute when I needed a pair of dress shoes but didn't have the time to go out and shop. I basically went on the reviews on the website and am very pleased with them! I took them out of the box and wore them for several hours for the occasion I purchased them for with absolutely no break in period and was quite comfortable. As a side note, I NEVER wear dress shoes, so comfort was paramount and this shoe delivers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to friends and that says a lot as I have foot issues ( pain from untreated injuries when I was younger).

Sizing is correct. Slight heel and lots of toe room in the wides. The brown is a deep, rich color. Kind of plain overall, but I like them.

Since I cannot get my husband to go shoe shopping, I read the reviews and made a decision for him. After almost forcing him to try on the new shoes telling him about the great reviews I had read online, he actually agreed to my surprise that these were top of the line comfortable. Zappos has great customer service, and I use them almost exclusively for buying great quality shoes for my husband's work, and athletic shoes for our workouts. Don't skimp, get good shoes as these are the only feet we have and once they are badly messed up by wearing cheap shoes, it will cost you thousands in painful surgery to undue the damage from poor quality shoes. You can pay a little more now, or you can pay a lot more later!

These shoes are very comfortable - I just received my 2nd pair. I do a lot of walking with my job and these shoes do a fine job of cushioning my feet. The rubber sole helps accomplish that comfort and also provides a safe step in inclement weather. I wear custom orthotics and this shoe provides sufficient depth to allow those to be installed and removed. Thanks Rockport!
