I ordered a replacement pair for the ones initially purchased in December 2009. Having worn the shoe on average 6 days a week the rubber soles are worn out, although the top portion is still in great shape after extensive use. This shoe is very comfortable if your job involves prolonged standing.

I usually wear a size 10 but these were running a little large and a 9-1/2 was perfect. Love the color. Dresses up a pair of jeans and works just as well with casual slacks. These will be favorites!

Very nice, sturdy, business/casual shoe. No surprises - just what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and tracking was accurate. Size is right, but my feet slip a little inside the shoe. Need thicker socks or an insert.

This was my second purchase of these shoes and liked them so much I bought two pairs.

Shoes appear well-made and are comfortable. This shoe has minimal arch support, but that is what I look for because I have relatively flat feet.

Love, love, love these shoes. I wear them daily to work in a business casual office. They are exceptionally comfortable, and I love the fact that Zappos carries them in larger sizes (I wear a 14EE). I just ordered another pair in black.

I really like these shoes because they maintain their shape. Also, there are no stitching lines, so when you shine them, they really look even more special. Guess what? I liked them so much, I bought a second pair, in the exact same size and color again because I want to wear them all the time. Additionally, I like the return policy a lot.

Very sharp looking shoe. I found it to be narrow compared to other shoes I've purchased. This is the first pair of shoes that I had to opt for the wide option. Otherwise, true to size.

Spent more than I usually do for this pair and it really paid off. The are very comfortable and exactly the combination of dressy/causal that I was looking for.

Love these, especially the comfort and look. Quick warning that the Chocolate have much more sheen than the Zappos picture shows.

I would love to say this shoe is great - it's comfortable and sturdy. But it has two flaws that prevent me from recommending it: The lace holes have eaten through the original laces and one set of replacements in less than 6 months; and, worst of all, the buckskin burnishes to a dark, shiny surface with minimal contact. Everyday office wear has made these almost unpresentable. I've tried brushing to raise the nap, and it has no effect.

Wow! For a "casual" shoe, this has very classy lines. My husband is impressed by the comfort and fit which affords all day wearability, the subtle squared toe, and of course the padding; I'm pleased by the appearance and style. The brown is a very attractive clearly brown shade,not too dark. As always - Rockport & Zappos are a winning team! Cannot go wrong with this product.

Excellent fit and very comfortable. This is my third pair over the last several years. I have a narrow foot so the b-width is perfect for me.

I've had no problem with these shoes and they feel and look great. I needed to buy a suede protection spray for any splash that may damage the suede, just being cautious. Otherwise great shoe!

I'm very pleased to be able to get a decent selection of narrow width shoes, especially Rockport which I have worn for 30 or more years. Zappos prices and overall service can't be beat.

Zappos customer service was so helpful and courteous. I received my order within just a couple of days. When I rec'd my shipment and noticed I'd asked for the wrong size, they quickly sent me the pair I was supposed to have ordered the first time.

My expeience has been only positive. I ordered two pair and when they arrived they did not fit. I returned them and ordered two more pair which arrived and fit nicely. My husband normally wears an 11xw. We had to get an 11.5xw in these shoes.

I'm very happy with the fit, the comfort and the service from Zappos. After I'd worn these for a while I ordered another Rockport style and like them every bit as much. Rockport is a good find for me.

My husband has worn Rockports over the years, usually very satisfied. He seems pleased with these, says they are roomy around ankle, which he needs (Wide size). He's been wearing them, right out of box comfort.

Great! I'm a costume designer and I use them for a good cop or work shoe. The leather distresses nicely.
