This was a perfect transaction! I love the boots! I wear a size 7, ordered a size 7 and they fit beautifully!

Ordered these an had them about 24 hours later. This is just too easy! Thank you! This is my third pair of Uggs Brooks. I have the tall and short from about three years ago. My shoe size is 8 to 8.5 (39). The old ones were size 7, the new ones are size 8. The new ones have a slightly longer and lower toe box, but are nearly the same size and actually better than the old ones. The sheepskin lining is not quite as thick, too bad, and overall the new ones weigh just infinitesimally less than the old ones. The instep and toe box are a bit more graceful on the new ones. Was relieved to see that the quality of the construction and the fabrication has stayed the same. Having the removable insert is a must for me because I need to slip in a heel lift. The new dark brown is a little darker than the old brown; I like it. The boots are well made, easy to get on and off quickly, water resistant and durable. They are a timeless style, and a really good compromise between comfort and warmth.

These are fantastic boots for cold weather. I have diabetes and need to keep my feet protected and this is the boot do to it! The warm wool lining is priceless, cradles your foot with comfort and warmth and no chance for blisters! Due to the fact that we have little snow, etc. I don't know how weatherproof these are yet, but I intend to find out. This will be my main casual shoe in the winter from now on. I have the brown now and will get the black next year hopefully.

Love Zappos! My boots arrived within a day of placing the order and they are exactly what I need. I will be visiting a cold climate and needed something toasty warm and waterproof. These are it. Furthermore, they are extremely comfortable. I went down a full size and I am so glad I did... they are perfect with a thin sock and still slightly loose with bare feet. I read many reviews about the boots lacking style; as for me, when I am freezing in negative temperatures, I am not concerned with style. I have plenty of stylish options in my shoe wardrobe when need be. This is a great cold weather snow boot. I will continue to patronize Zappos; the service is superior!

I bought this boot for my sons girl friend who loves them. I have this boots also and it is the best boot I have ever had. In Minnesota it gets below zero and my feet stay warm with and without socks. they are worth the money. Zappos you are the best.

Wow, I have had my Brooks Tall for my 5th winter now, since 2004. I am now considering replacing my 5 year old boots with new ones, as there are holes in the heel now, and wetness gets in. These boots have lasted through numerous snowstorms and freezing ice rinks, love Brooks Tall! Glad the inside fur is white now, as the black inside fur made my skin change color.

I have a pair of these boots which I love so much I ordered a pair as a gift for my daughter-in-law. I live in the mountains of Arizona, she lives in the mountains of Colorado. We both love the comfort and especially the warmth. They are a wonderful boot.

Best boots I've ever bought: warm, weatherproof (if looked after well) and look gorgeous. The only thing I would change if designing them myself would be to make them 5-10cm longer in the shaft. Zappos, brilliant as usual!

Finally, an Ugg that's not Uggly! I have three pairs of Uggs (and I was a sworn Ugg-hater for several years, owing to the trend of Uggs with mini-skirts and tank tops). Anyway, I finally broke down and bought a pair after having to wear my friend's during an unexpected rain storm. I bought the Ugg Brooks because I was looking for a leather boot with sheepskin lining. I didn't even know Ugg had this style until I saw it in a store, where I was told that this style was discontinued. But I found them at Zappos! What I especially like about the Ugg Brooks is that they are very stylish and classic, more "tailored" than the original style. They provide good support, too. I wear a 9.5 but ordered a 9 and they fit wonderfully. I really like these boots and highly recommend them!

I needed something fast to wear in England for an end of November into December trip. Zappos and other reviews helped immensely in helping me find exactly what I needed. These kept my feet warm and dry in the wet and cold that I found there. They may not be quite as comfortable as the "original" design Uggs but those are not waterproof, and these are VERY comfy. I normally wear a 71/2 and although I wear a 7 in the original Uggs, the 8 was just right in these. I couldn\'t wear the 7 in these.\r\nI love them.

These boots are nice looking and warm. I wear a size 9.5, so I ordered the size 10. The size 10 ended up being way too big. I then ordered the 9 and they fit good. The only thing I was hoping for was a little more room in the calf for my jeans. It may be better after the padding becomes flatter. This is a nice looking boot.

These boots are great! Very stylish and comfortable. Warm and waterproof with the shaft being entirely leather. I'm a size 8 in shoes but got these in 9 and they fit very well with socks. I love them and have received lots of compliments. They seem durable and timeless; it's a great investment. Buy something nice for yourself. It feels good.

Very Comfortable! I have bunions and when fall rolls around and I have to wear a closed toe shoe - I cringe. These boots are amazingly comfortable. They conform to your foot and with the shearling insole, they felt great. Not the most stylish, in my opinion, but if my feet feel good, it is worth the sacrifice. Also, I generally don't spend this much on a shoe (or boot), but again well worth the price to have this much confort.

My order arrived very quickly. These boots are very warm and cozy. Very true to size. I have been very satisfied with everything I have ordered from Zappos.

Love them for 2 years now! I wanted cozy boots for dog-walking that I could also wear out in public. I'd always felt most Uggs looked like slippers, and I wanted something classier. These have been fantastic. I think I've owned them two years now, and I am getting another pair because the soles are starting to wear through. I can wear them comfortably all day. You will need extra insoles if you wear them barefoot, which you should. You can purchase them several places (they may seem too "thick" at first, but they get comfortable fast). These are not rainboots; they are not watertight! I polish mine up every few weeks, and have gotten so many compliments. I wear them mostly with black leggings; I can even get away with a dress (casual-look) now and then. I am a 5 1/2, and bought the USA 5. I don't like my shoes loose, and these fit just perfectly. The 6 was okay, better if you want to wear a sock.

Try, try again, and you'll get one that fits! I'm an 8 or 8.5, virtually never wear a 9.0. I ordered the 8s and they were tight, cute, but tight in the calf and tight over the top of my foot. I kept the 8 and ordered a 9; I swam in the nine! I love these boots, but they aren't available where I live. I re-read the reviews and found another person who had the same problem and ordered a second pair of 8s and they fit her. So, I took my chances, and I'm so glad I did. They fit! Not tight over the top of the foot, loose enough to put my pencil jeans down the inside, but plenty snug to get my regular jeans over. Thank you Zappos for accommodating us crazy people who try multiples of the same size in hopes of finding the perfect fit!
