I purchased these slippers and really like the fit. However, after about a week of wearing around the house I noticed a problem with a seam on the top of the shoe. It looks like there is a piece of plastic tape that covers the seam on the top of the shoe. It is cracking and lifting up. I contacted customer service and sent pictures and asked if this is normal wear and tear. I was told no and could exchange or get a refund. When I said I wanted the same slipper, I was told they were sold out and didn't have a date for restocking. Disappointing.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the slippers. Compared to the women's version (scuffette 2) these felt scratchy and flimsy. No arch support, barely any bottom at all really. Not enough shearling to be cozy. I returned them.

I'm puzzled by all of these glowing reviews. These slippers have absolute zero heel cushioning/support. For this price, I expected a little padding on the heels.

After seeing how many 5 star reviews I'm convinced they are mostly bots. Because I not only got one pair of these in black but got a second pair in gray within the same year and they were almost unwearable within 6 months. Both gifts for Christmas. The bottoms are so slick they are a death trap on almost any surface. The insides are worn down to the hard cork or whatever the bottoms are made from. And i do not even wear these everyday nor am I rough with them whatsoever. Cannot for the life of me see how anyone could like these unless they are writing reviews within the first few days. But if you're paying about 100 dollars and they barely make it 5/6 months that's sad. And Ugg should be embarrassed.

The normal wear and tear for these slippers are only 3-4 weeks. That's what their warranty team said is their standard so don't spend your money unless you only want to wear them for a month!

I bought these slippers for my husbands birthday in August and it didn't even last a month. He loved it and wore it everyday (as one does with slippers) and the fur was deteriorating and had big bald spots throughout the inside after ONE MONTH! I tried to contact their warranty department but crickets from them for 3 months so I'm writing this in hopes that NOBODY buys these slippers! They won't last!!

That line cracked after 3 days of wearing, I complained to get a refund, but they want me to send the shoes and it will take up to 3 weeks to review and get refund. Horrible slippers

I couldn't say enough about these slippers. Love love love putting them in my feet. All the reviews are true. But after light use, only indoors, it would seem mine are defective. The left shoe liner/fur is just falling out piece by piece. Is this unique to myself? I'll never know, I would spend the money in a new pair just in case the same problem occurred.

I got these slippers for Christmas 2024 and they already are losing their fuzz on the heel. Each slipper now has a growing bald spot.

Initially, I enjoyed the product as the fit was perfect and the overall design was pleasing. But I have had them for 3 weeks now and already the material is not holding up as advertised. The sole of the slipper is a cheap fabric material and is rapidly deteriorating. If I step in even a drop of water, a blue residue is left on the floor. These have only been worn indoors and treated with care. Definitely would not purchase again. Additionally, the customer service I received when attempting to resolve the issue was "Too bad." With so many quality companies manufacturing shoes these days, there's not need to shop from a subpar organization such as UGG.

It has no support, is uncomfortably warm, the soles get dirty quickly, they are uncomfortable, the tags inside are scratchy. I expected a lot more from a famed UGG product. I would've returned it if not for the soles having gotten dirty from a short time of use.

I was expecting to step into a slipper with nice soft padding, but that is not the case and the label is right where you put your heel. Never again I these slippers are so uncomfortable. I would have never bought them if I was in a store and tried them on.

These looked like they were going to be perfect for me, when I saw them online. Unfortunately the material is way too hard on top of my left foot. Idk why, they are just hard. My husband actually bought them for me, as one of his Christmas gifts to me. He just wasn't sure which one's to buy, that's the reason he wanted me to look them up.

I have had an UGG pair of leather slippes for 6 years and they were old black leather slippers. So I ordered black leather slippers thinking they were like the old pair I bought 6 years ago. I received them and they are not the black glossy leather I thought they would be. They are more like a black suede and not at all durable like my old pair. I was very disappointed and after looking on the UGG website it seems they don't make the durable glossy leather anymore but still advertise them as black leather. The picture is deserving and also the bottom of the slippers aren't even leather they are suede as well. Very disappointed

These slippers were rightfully named. I should have known! Urban Dictionary: Scuffed. /skf/ adjective - 1. Of poor standards or low quality 2. Referring to something broken / not working as intended. What does scuff mean in slang? (slang) Poorly made or done; of low quality Got these scuff slippers (RED) during Christmas. I was excited and oh so happy. However, the status I am starting to experience is PAINFUL. It feels like I'm walking on sharp ROCKS. What an extremely disappointing representation for the Ugg company. These slippers are hard, uncomfortable, flat, and unforgiving! Why would Ugg make such a horrible product! Everyone who gave the slipper a 3, 4, or 5 star rating are telling lies! There is no way these slippers desire that high of a rating! I vote for these low-level making slippers to be DISCONTINUED! I'm better off walking barefooted on the cold floors for better comfort. As you can tell I'm very heartbroken and upset.

The product originally showed up in good condition. The slippers were bought as a Father's Day gift. It has just been over a week since my husband has very lightly worn them in the house. The middle line is already chipping with whatever is coated in that area and the shoes itself scuff when anything barely runs on them. Disappointing for the price you pay for house slippers.
