I bought these boots several years ago - just to wear to work, etc., not for riding - and I love them! I have two pair of Harley boots, and this brand is worth the price. They are comfortable, look great, and last forever. I have an old injury to my ankle and have to be careful of the shoes I wear, and these don't cause me any trouble and give good support. The only problem I have is that my ankles are a little chunky and I can't wear thick socks and zip the boots all the way. I would recommend any of the Harley brand items if you are looking for a comfortable and stylish shoe or boot.

I got these boots free from my dad's boss. She had never worn them before - tags still attached. I wore them on the bike today they hurt from breaking them in but they looked really good!

Nice looking boot for riding and casual work. The boot is described as an "After Riding" boot. I bought them to use as a riding boot because they appeared to have a sole that would grip well. I was looking for a boot that would work well as a riding boot, but that I could wear to work as a casual shoe. The boot fit really well out of the box. The ball of my foot is quite wide; however, my heel is narrow. The boot is wide enough to accommodate my foot quite comfortably; but, the heel was a bit loose. Since this is common for me, so I just ran down to the drug store and got me some of those little shoe inserts from Dr. Scholl’s. Problem solved ... tightens up the heel and gives a little arch support. I wore them on the bike today and they worked out great. The boot is nice looking, works well with casual slacks, and will function nicely as a riding boot. I am on my feet a lot and they were quite comfortable all day (10 hours).

Cool boots - Even though these are considered after riding boots, they are pretty wonderful for riding my Harley. Overall they were pretty comfy for hard leather boots, but I did get a large blister on my left heel the first time I wore them. I wouldn't walk around all day in them until they were considerably more worn in, but they will last a long time and be excellent riding boots - easy to get on and great looking!

So Comfortable - I purchased these 3 years ago and have no regrets! They are so comfortable. Ease of getting them on and off are a bonus. When intoxicated have no fear, you only need to operate a zipper!

love them - I got the boot for motorcycle riding, and I am very happy with them. They look great with jeans.

Harley Starter Switch boot - These boots are comfy, practical, and cool. The sizing is true and they break in real good. It's my 2nd pair, although the 1st pair lasted 3 years of rigorous almost daily wear. Service was awesome, got the boots really quick and at a good price. Can't find these at the Harley stores anymore.

Best ever - I've had my boots for almost 10 years, and they're still going strong and looking good - and I ride with a club. These boots have taken me to Sturgis, Hollister, Vegas, Milwaukee, and other points north-south-east-west. I have waterproofed them, and I take good care of them, so they take good care of me.

I have three pairs...I love them ! I have three pairs of these boots that I have purchased over the past three years. I ride nearly every day so I wear a pair nearly every day. The newer ones I wear to work, the older ones...I save for the rainy days. The older pair has seen a few too many rain storms... they are not water proof.

Starter Switch boots make me look tall! These boots gave my 5 foot stature a 2 inch boost. I wear these boots all day. My only suggestion would be to find a sock that has ample heel cushioning. I received 2 tiny blisters in the inside heels of my boots the first time I wore them. After finding the socks with heel cushioning I have had no problem.

Best quality and comfort ever - I have owned these boots for 7 years, and am just barely replacing them for the first time. I wear them regularly and they have held up just fantastic. Well worth the money for such a great boot!

Sweet boot - These boots were comfy from the second they showed up and I slipped them on. They run a tad wide, but going down a size won't help, I tried that. I was expecting the boot to cut up my legs a bit, but they don't at all. The leather is super soft and comfortable. And, I love the look. These are great everyday and riding boots for me. Although the tag claims them to be "After Riding Boots"

Quality boots - A bit roomy but overall true to size and comfortable.

Love them- I have owned a pair of these for over 3 years and have worn them while working and riding. Great look with jeans, easy on and off. Nice toe box with wiggle room. Took a long time to break in and still not good to stand in all day.

Check Sizing!! I ordered this boot because I wanted something a bit chunkier than the average boot. They are beautiful, however they are 1/2 size too small and not chunky enough. My feet look too small for my body. Try the steel toe 6" in same style name if you want a heavier Starter Switch boot!

Perfect Little Black Boot - These boots are great once you get them broke in. You can dress them up or down and they look great! Very comfortable to walk in. Great for riding or just everyday wear.

Nice boot ! These boots are good-looking and comfortable too. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable boot. They definitely run small though. I need a whole size larger than normal. My sister got a great pair of boots though !

Awesome boot! I am so glad bought this boot! It's perfect for casual wear and mixing it up with some nicer things. The heel height is great...just enough without being too high and uncomfortable. I just want to say that this site has been nothing but good to me! The quick shipping is amazing!

Getting started - This boot is a little short in the foot bed. I had to go a size up , but it is plenty roomy in the toe box. I have thick ankles and my calves are healthy so going up a size made the fit around the top more comfy. I tested them out with a day of shopping before wearing them riding and they were great!

Boots - I am very satisfied with Zappo's exchange policy. I had a problem with a zipper on one of my boots and zappos exchanged them for a new pair. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to all of my friends.

Great Looking, Great Fit, Great Boot. These boots are so comfertable. They don't have a big heal, yet they are stylish and very nice riding boots. It took a few time to break them in, they were a little stiff, as any should would be. I might recommend getting a 1/2 size smaller, but I like my shoes roomy. These are great!

I bought this boot well-used 3 years ago and it is still holding it's own! I love it! It made me a true believer in all things harley made!
