I have had 5 pair of the Naot Karenna from Zappos. I wear a 9 M and have a high arch. These shoes are so comfortable and I can adjust the width with the velco strap if need be. I can also order a replacement insole. I work in a medical environment where I am on my feet much of the day and wear a lab coat over my clothes. These are very appropriate and I love the feminine appearance of the shoe without sacrificing style.

Very comfortable sandal. The straps in this shoe are softer than most so there is very little break-in time needed. I like the supportive footbed. This style is very stylish and looks nice on my wide foot. The straps adjust easily to accommodate my feet when I wear a light pair of socks. The bottom sole has good gripping ability and is not as slippery as smoother bottom-sandals. These shoes are very well-made and I expect to get a lot of wear from them. I recommend them as I have been a long-time Naot wearer and their shoes are quality.

Third pair of Karennnas in 4 years. Had serious foot surgery and theses are adjustable, cushioned and support orthotics but look stylish. Want more color options!

These shoes are fabulous. They have a classic look (think Lauren Bacall's sandals with trousers), give great support, and allow me to comfortably adjust to a bunion. I've had 3 pair! They are wonderful.

I love these shoes and have purchased several pairs. The only complaint is the Velcro strap crossing the instep wears out quickly, therefore, rendering it useless. High quality Velcro would make these shoes perfect! Off to the shoe repair shop.

Comfortable, real support, straps adjust for perfect width, and a cool color that is especially good with all shades of denim & grey. Love 'em.

Naot shoes are incredibly comfortable! I found these to be true to size and comfortable out of the box. I'd had a previous pair of these and the only difference I found was the leather was a little stiffer with this pair. Otherwise, great shoes.

Great sandals! Yet, I had to return them because the back straps were pushing my feet forward. Thanks Zappos for a very easy return procedure.

This was my first purchase at Zappos. I have worn Naot shoes for several years and was familiar with quality and fit - so they were just as expected. Site was easy to navigate, order went smoothly and delivered quickly - I will not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

I purchased a pair of these in the Golden Mocha. They are by far my most popular shoe. They were true to size, I can wear for hours, and although they aren't the most dainty looking shoes, they work. HOWEVER, the bottom of feet get stained orange from the foot pad. I looked at all the reviews and didn't see any mention of this. Is it just my shoe? I'm having to scrub the bottom of my feet every evening.

I love Naots and I love the service at Zappos. these shoes were extremely comfortable right out of the box. I wear size nine and this 40 is perfectly sized.

These are great sandals. I had a pair in black for four years that I wore almost everyday so they were looking a little antiqued. I thought the white would be a nice change and I love not paying for shipping in case they did not fit. I knew that the foot changes if you wear only sandals. I am happy to report that they are perfect. It is the adjustable straps that I like so much.

I love Naot sandals. I bought a red pair last year and it fit great. These are nice, however they seem to run a bit narrower. With my bunion on the right foot and my left foot just being a little bigger, I need width in the toe box area. I can wear these without my orthotics and my feet don't suffer. Well made and comfy! In American sizing I wear an 8 in sandals and a 39 in Naot.

I have arthritis in my knees and have had plantar fasciitis. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are not the most stylish shoes, but I can certainly wear them to work in the summer time with casual skirts or dresses. I often do a lot of walking from building to building at work and these shoes are wonderful!

The Naot Karenna is the best shoe I've found for my aging feet. I own several pairs. Zappos service is amazing. The shoes arrived the day after I ordered them.

I love my new Naot shoes I can't get enought of them. Naot makes wonderful shoes with great arch support. I love dealing with Zappos. What an awesome company with fabulous customer service!

These are incredibly comfortable for my special feet. I have been able to walk around in them all day without issue. They accommodate a custom orthotic very nicely. They are a little on the casual side, so unless your office is very very casual they might not work as a work shoe.

Love the style of shoe and love the soft luxurious black patent. It feels and looks like high quality. I like that both the ankle and toe strap are very adjustable. However the sandal ran small. My toes extend over the stitching and the shoe is slightly narrow for my B width. I'll order a larger size--I think it will be a winner for me then. Thanks Zappo for your fantastic service.

Love these shoes. I have bunions, hammertoes and flat feet so it's hard to find shoes that are comfy and look good. These fill the bill.

I love these sandals. I bought them because they are orthotic friendly and I always wear orthotics but they are so comfortable they can be worn without. My only complaint is that my feet are a little wide and when I close the straps you can see a little of the light blue lining, I wish the straps were an inch bigger.

I love, love, love NAOT shoes! It is the only brand that I wear now. I needed a sandal for the summertime and wanted something that I could adjust when my feet would swell from the heat. The Karenna's are perfect! They also look very stylish. If you need a wide shoe, these are the ones to get. If they came in 1/2 sizes I would have gotten a half but I stayed with the smaller size instead of going up one size because I was afraid that the instep wouldn't fit right. My toes go to the stitching but after wearing them a while my feet have settled into the shoe and they aren't right on the stitching. I can't wait to buy my next pair of NAOT shoes!

Having already owned a pair of Naot\'s I was quite confident that they would be comfortable. Purchased them for a trip I took to Sicily where there was going to be alot of walking. Out of the box they were comfy and cute. The sole is very cushy and supportive. Highly recommend.

The best sandals I have ever owned. Very comfortable, worn all day the first day I got them. Good looking, comfortable, what more could you ask? Well worth the money!

Cute shoe. The length of this style fits me better than most. I wear a 5 1/2, bought the 36 (which is often too short). A bit wide for my foot. I have to pull the straps quite far over, but I'll put up with that to get a shoe with the correct length.
