I had joint replacement on both feet and was more than ready to get out of the ugly shoes the doctor gave me! So I graduated to these cute, comfortable shoes -- they're great. They're fully adjustable and feel very supportive. They're pretty enough to wear in "real" life, way after surgery! I have about five other pairs of Naot sandals and shoes, and I love them.

Really comfy shoes! These are likely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! They are well worth the large price tag even though they are a little less than optimal in the style dept.

Extremely Comfortable Sandals - Having recovered from foot surgery, my doctor recommended this brand. I've found it to be the most comfortable sandal I've ever owned ... completely adjustable with a truly supportive footbed.

An Awesom All-Round Summer Shoe - My Karennas arrived today, but as a long time Naot fan, I know that they will be just perfect. One thing you should know is that the leather is MUCH nicer than it looks onscreen, the color is a rich, reddish brown, almost oxblood, and it is really SOFT. I however, had to get them a size smaller than I usually order in Naot. I think it is because I have a rather thin foot (from top to bottom).

love this shoe but it gaps for my feet at the instep. A great shoe for putting in your custom orthotics.

Sandals fit perfectly---are comfortable and just what I wanted..look nice and feel great.

This is my 4th pair of Karenna sandals, so obviously they're a success. The leather on the Buffalo leather sandals will probably outlast me; the weak point has been the velcro closures. Over time that velcro wears out and no longer zips together, which results in the shoe falling off which is awkward if not dangerous. Regardless, these sandals are my go-to for almost daily use.

You won't find a more comfortable arch in a sandal anywhere than the Naot Karenna sandal. Buy this shoe. It's fabulous and you can replace the insoles and it will last forever!

Great shoe! Comfortable and cute, and close enough to my normal size so I did NOT have to sent it back. The other two pair of Naot I ordered were too short and had to be returned.

I just took a chance and stopped-by Zappos to see if they might finally have my Karenna in white. And they did! Been waiting several years for white. I have this shoe in black leather and also cognac leather. Love 'em! So good looking, comfy, great for pedicure day - what more can I tell ya? I ordered a 6 in this shoe, but usually wear a 7. Also I have wide feet, but the Karenna Medium is fully adjustable.

I love the Karenna and own two pairs, but one wore out so I ordered a new pair, same size and it is smaller than the original. I believe they may have changed the sizing. Unfortunately I will have to return them, but Zappos makes that so easy.

Very comfortable! Ankle strap stretched in one summer of use -- but Zappos made good! Love these sandals!

This is my first pair of Naots and they are heavenly. I would recommend them for anyone suffering from bunions as the straps can be adjusted. Most Naots don't have that option.

I purchased these sandals after reading reviews and speaking with a Zappos representative who was helping me find shoes with good arch support for my PF. Naot shoes in general have received good reviews for that particular problem. These sandals are super soft on the uppers and nicely supportive in the footbed with a good arch. They are sporty enough for shorts but could easily be worn with a skirt. They felt comfortable the minute I put them on!

As my feet seem to have aged faster than the rest of me, I'd about given up hope of finding a comfortable, supportive sandal. These sandals are great:I spent an entire day on my feet the first day I received them.

Fabulous sandal! Bought these for a trip to Florida---very comfortable for lots of walking/sightseeing! True to size and width was medium to wide which fits me perfectly. I have lots of foot issues and you cannot go wrong with these for comfort! Zappos you are the best!

I tried this shoe in a size 37 which should be my size -- too short. I tried again with a 38. This time too long. It is very nice looking so i hesitated about what to do. Finally realize I will probably never wear these shoes. I would be be afraid of tripping with the significant space above the toe. Naot shoes are lovely looking but it is really hard to find a style that fits.

The Naot Karenna is extraordinarily supportive in spite of being just a sandal. Unlike other high-end (expensive and comfortable) shoes, it does not throw my knees forward or back, but instead lets me stand and walk in a perfectly aligned way. It's wonderful for my bad knees. The straps have hook and loop material and are adjustable but not ideal as with most such fastenings. Naot is no exception. The straps are either too long or too short and there is either too much hook and loop material or not enough, depending on your foot and ankle. In my case, for this shoe, ideally the toe strap needs to be shorter and have less hook and loop material, and the ankle strap longer with more. But I can make them work, even with a light sock, so the shoe is a keeper. The color is an unusual greyish bronze that goes with anything and so I am also very happy with the appearance overall.

This is the year I discovered Naot shoes and I now have over 10 pairs! I have worked out what size to get in most styles and I find that this brand shoe is the only brand I can wear all day. Now about these sandals: I have 3 pairs of the Karenna. They are without a doubt the most comfortable shoe I've ever had on my feet. Also, they keep my heels, knees and back from hurting. I wear them all the time in the summer and I find myself wearing them with socks around the house in the winter! I'm not saying that looks good but my feet sure feel good. I have them in black, the pewter color and this brown lizard. The pewter color is pretty and goes with everything. The brown lizard is not my favorite color but it will go with a lot. I wear the Karenna in a 39 and I wear the styles without the removable foot bed in a 40. You cannot go wrong with these shoes or with Zappos!

These are very comfortable and seem well-made. I ordered the 36, which seem a little long in the front; but that's OK. I like the fact that the sandal is adjustable in two places.

I wear a size 7--this sandal was huge on me. Also, I thought this was a caramel leather sandal, but leather has a shine (glitzy) to it.

These sandals are great for those that wear custom orthotics like I do. The insoles come out, the opening is nice and deep and you slide your own orthotics right in! This shoe also has sides, so if your orthotics are built up, the sides do a good job of hiding them. They\'re not what you\'d call a pretty sandal, but they\'re somewhat attractive, and they sure fit the bill for me. I highly recommend them. Oh, and by the way, if you don\'t wear orthotics, the insole that comes in the shoe is very comfortable and substantial with good support.
