the first pair were a little tight so i called customer service...they were great, sent out the next size bigger @ no charge and without even having the other pair back. they emailed a return label (no cost) and i had my other shoes next business day...AWESOME service!!!

Great Shoe - This shoe fits true to size and is very comfortable. I bought two pairs.

Lugz Shoes - Quick delivery, excellent return policy, was totally pleased with shipping which was zero shipping costs, even if returned. This is one major reason I do not shop on line because of the high outragious shipping costs. A person buys clothing or shoes on line or even in a mail order catalog, we're not sure if it will fit or look right in the first place, you pay for shipping to get the item, then if not pleased pay to ship it back, you're out of a lot of money in the long run and still have nothing. Thankyou for such a service. Was very pleased with the product, but felt if not pleased I'd have no problem returning or exchanging it, which gave me piece of mind in the first place upon ordering.Great selection of shoes, didn't realize there were that many brands. My second pair of Lugz, I am a 48 year old female who stands on her feet all day at Wal-Mart, I need a good shoe with comfort, so far this has been my ticket. And the young kids just love my shoes and wish they had some. I tell them to go to Zappos.com :) Thankyou again

Lugz strutt lo - very comfortable. Good for work or casual.

The shoe itself is stylish, but the size can be deceptive. I normally wear a size 12, but when I slipped these shoes on it was very tight. I hope that over time the leather will stretch.

Strutt LO! I placed the order Tuesday afternoon, receive my shoes Wednesday morning. Now, that's what I call "FAST SHIPPING". No complaints about the shoe. Have 3 other pairs and it's been good to me over the years.

Comfort - Very happy with the purchase of these Lugz.

Lugz's Strutt shoes - I never heard of these shoes until my son asked for them for his birthday. They were a pleasant change to the everyday sneakers that children tend to wear. They can be worn as a dress shoe or casual shoe, very durable and clean up easily.

Lugz Strutt Lo - This is the second pair we have bought for our 6'3" teenager. He claims the girls complimented him on them constantly ... so obviously he wants the same shoe, just a size higher. I appreciate that you offer them not only a few dollars less than the first pair I bought in a store, but also that you offer door-service with free shipping. This is my fourth order through Zappos, and I am quite please with how quickly I have recieved our orders. Tyler goes to a private school where he has to wear casual Docker type outfits and this shoe really has given him style and individuality. This is a nice shoe that can turn your average outfit retro. We get the black and this is just a really sharp shoe. Tyler wears a 13 ... so he's in trouble next year when he can't get his Lugz. I, myself, know it's not the shoes that make him a "chick magnet", but I do believe they help bolster his confidence and empower him to feel great.

I like the shoe so much - To who it may concern: I've now purchased at least 10-plus pairs of shoes from your line, but I really like your Strutt Lo. I would like to see you put together the shoe with a black bottom and maroon top. I currently purchase the shoe and color the edge with black dye and you cannot believe how many people ask me where they can buy them like that. I tell them I do it myself and even have 2 people doing it also. Good job thanks, Glenn

Great shoes, this is about my 10th + pair, have been wearing these for almost 10 years (same shoe same style, same size). They are definitely tight when first put them on, but they stretch a lot! Bottoms wear a bit quick, so its usually a new pair almost every year. Can be polished and look good as new, sometimes better! Can be worn with jeans or dress, either way shoe looks perfect! One word of caution, don't pull strap too tightly; the elastic may stretch too much and will not hold tight any more. 1 problem in the last 5 pair: sole fell off! Had to be glued back on! Overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Best service ever on lugz - They actually arrived so soon I don't know how you do it. I ordered them for my son in a size 12. They felt good he said, they were very well just right. Not to dressy but a little more than casual. They looked good on those big feet of his. I ordered him a pair of shoes a few months ago by phone and they arrived fast and have been great but I can't remember the name of them. They are worth the price and the service makes it worth it to me. My daughter should be receiving her tommy moccasins tomorrow I'll let you know .

So Far So Good - Have only had these about 3 weeks. But so far so good. Good fit and quality looks good. Time will tell.

The shoes took a few days to "break" in and "stretch" out. They also were very squeaky when walking around the first few days but once they settled in the shoes are fantastic!
