I've been buying these boots over 20 years and this is the first time I'm disappointed . The stitching on the side is coming out before I've put them on. Very disappointed

Premium boot is not premium quality. Stitching inconsistent and came with torn nubuck material.

Use boots for work. Sole starting to detach from boot Only 3 months old sent pics to warranty department Was told i used the life of the boot and warranty doesn't apply. And I should have purchased pro series for work Not right. 3 months old. No warranty

Work boots. Not like the ones I have brought in the past. Much cheaper made. Hurts top of foot.

Soles came off both boots on first time worn. Customer service would not repair or replace.

I ordered these to replace an old worn pair of Merrell boots. The Timberland's look great in black, but they are terribly uncomfortable to wear. The tongue behind laces dig into the ankle, the heel is extremely hard with minimal cushion, I tried regular and wide but they still don't fit normal in the front, there's extra space on the top of my foot, and the lace material is too thin so they don't stay tight. I even tried Dr. Scholl's inserts and it was minimal difference. The old worn out Merrell's are still like walking on a cloud compared to the Timberland's. They won't take them back after wearing one day, told me to sell outright to recover my money to then buy a different pair, only the Pro lineup qualifies for 30 day testing. Also, I'm normally a size 9 in all boots and shoes, these run large, so I had to size down to 8.5 to fit well.

Very disappointed with these boots as the padded collar is bulky and uncomfortable. Honestly, I can't believe that Timberland discontinued the Basic Boot with the full leather upper. This was a boot I wore for decades and whose design transcended time and it makes me wonder if Timberland has lost touch with their customers. Anyway, this boot is going back to the store as its a far cry from the Timberlands of past.

Extremely disappointed. Will return. Quality of old simply isn't there anymore. Leather is far thinner, esp in the tongue, the boots dig into my ankles, insoles offer little cushion. Uncomfortable

Like the title says, I have a pair that's five years old and still comfortable. Wanted another pair in different color. Ordered 8.5 again (9 in all other brands) and they were huge. Returned for an 8, still swimming in these things. They're so wide they are causing a blister inside my ankle. Literally unwearable.

I bought it for my bf after reading the reviews. My bf tried it on and he said it was the most uncomfortable pair of shoes he ever tried on. No support on your feet cause how of thin the sole is.

Waterproof boots? Try dish sponge. Seams leak like a sieve and the material soaks up moisture leaving your feet soaked. Tried to get them warranted and I was told they can't see the physical defect. Clearly a company that is not concerned about backing the quality or lack thereof of their product. Buyer beware.

I bought this pair on October 18 and when I got I checked It and all was fine. I decided to use this pair after two months and I saw these terrible wet lines. I tried to dry to dry but it still stay the same. I think it is defect my pair. I don`t know how to return it because I live in Ukraine. I have no idea what did happen with quality of timberland clothes. I very upset.

I wear these casually. Probably once every two weeks. They hurt my ankles regardless of tying them tight or light. Very strange. Also I noticed the soles are low quality. About 10-15 years ago Timberland products were better. Color is the best feature though.

I had to return these boots because they were not the same color as the picture on the app
