I bought two pairs of these boots one black one wheat. The wheat ones are perfect even got quality inspection stickers on them. The black ones however they have loose stitching and also the leather is wrinkled and looks like irregular and should never passed quality control

They're cute but I was very disappointed that the boots came damaged. It seemed like they were already warn with scuffs and creases. The fabric of the boot on the inner ankle looked so distorted. I was expecting a lot more for the price.

At 1st they sent the wrong product and the wrong size then they say they would overnight me the correct pair I did not receive the boot until a weeks later. That being said I still love timberlands

My grandson uses them when needed.

It a boot

I ordered these in Rust but they liked more pumpkin orange. They're no longer the traditional rust color they used to have.

The overall quality of the boot was not the issue with this order. Timberland delivers and has delivered consistent good quality boots. My issue was the color of the boot that i ordered. In the picture it is more of a Brick color way, in person it looks more chocolate, even more so than the rust color it is marketed to be.

Shoe for too big cannot where them item slips off of foot easily

My boyfriend LOVES these boots and they're great for work and going out but they arrived scuffed like they've been tampered with or something. I expect more from a company selling 200 dollar shoes

Not worth the price they have been costing more and more with the same quality I've been wearing these boots for over 30 years not going to pay over $150

Great look on feet. Good for working not comfortable but i bought in soles which I would recommend when buying. My true size is a 10.5, would recommend going a full size down.

Not worth what i paid

The boots were more comfortable than expected and looked really great, except for a small tear on the leather on the toe box. I contacted customer service, sent pics, and received some pushback about returning the boots for another non-defective pair. After about a week, the customer service agent contacted me again indicating that they'd issue a refund when the boots were returned. The boots were returned and I'm waiting for the refund to buy another pair. So ... yes the boots seemed good enough to purchase again and I probably just had a random QC problem with the ones I received. Would recommend the boots. So-so customer service.

Runs big

The quality of tailoring and shoes is excellent! But I have a very narrow foot and they have not solved my problem. My foot size is 30.5 cm long and 12W boots are very tight in length and very wide, so I ordered size 13M. Unfortunately, 13M boots are also very wide, so thick socks must be used. Also in use, it turned out that leather on one boot is harder and denser than on the other. I think that after some time this difference will be very noticeable. Therefore, the boots will be used with a thick toe in the cold winters for walks in the forest.

Got them for my husband and he finds them comfortable. Note that the Wide size runs about 1/2 size bigger so the we had to return them. The second pair we got to replacement we order 1/2 size smaller however this time the color is so much darker, we got the rust nubuck and they look brown. In my collection I have a rust nubuck and its much lighter in color, more like an in between the wheat and rust color. Maybe the shade was changed to be darker, its not what we were expecting, even the first color we ordered and returned was lighter in color. And yes I did double checked the order to make sure I got the right color but its just too brown. In the photo the old rust nubuck and the new one are shown.

very first use the top shoelace grommet came out e-mailed company been about 8 months heard nothing other than that good boot still wearing them

Boots came with a slight tear. I expected perfection since Purchased them directly from timberline online and paid full price. Not from an outlet store. Disapointed when I have them as a gift and they had a manufacturing defect.

They're great boots, my husband loves them. I ordered this pair as a gift for him and was sent a used pair with stains on the soles and sides. Sooooo disappointed. Returned them and never heard back about my complaint.

Was everything I was looking for unfortunately they were a little tight
