They were way better than I expected

My son loves the boots. They were comfortable from the get go. It is now his everyday "shoe". Second to his basketball sneakers.

My son loves the boots. Runs big which is fine- but I had to re-purchase size smaller than he really wears. No exchange policy - So I needed to repurchase and then send back the size that was to big. Customer Service on the phone was spectacular. I wish I had this experience with all matters of over the phone help.
