Review of Sesto Mecci Neda - I started to return the shoes; however, decided to keep them. I have not been able to wear them thus far because of foot problems. Have had 2 foot surgeries Dec 2006. I wear 5.5 but this shoe is not wide enough and didn't come in C width. I'm still hoping to be able to wear them because they are sharp looking!

Beautiful loafer - Beautiful, soft leather. Comfortable enough to walk all over Manhattan with or without thin socks.

This is an absolutely beautiful shoe, but sadly didn't work for me. I have a narrow heel, high instep, and need a wide toe-box. I ordered in the "C" width, and it was still super narrow for me. I wear a regular width in a lot of shoes, and a wide width only occasionally is needed, so the fact that this wide width was too narrow says something about how narrow this shoe runs. Too bad. So pretty, I would love to own a pair.

The shoes are gorgeous and look well made. Unfortunately, they run very narrow, especially for a wide size. I consistently wear a 7.5 W and going up to 8W would have made the shoe too long in length. I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. Will be returning.

I ordered 7.5N and it was too short (my usual size) and then 8.0N and it was too wide and too long, so I am sending both back.

I have loved this shoe for a long time and surmised I would need a wide width after reading reports of the crowded toe box. My 8.5 W arrived quickly and are beautiful. After multiple times of trying to ease the crowded toe area, I realize they just will not work for me and sadly they must go back. They feel narrow in the toe and feel medium in the width of a wide.

nice styling but way narrow. i used to buy sesto meucci all the time, but these and other styles are not true to width.

These shoes state that they are a C wide but they fit more like an A width.

There is no way these shoes are a wide width. ..I would be very surprised if they were even a B width. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful shoe but really tight.

If I could submit with zero stars I would. The shoes were poorly made. I have worn through the upper in less than one month. This brand has clearly deteriorated.
