fit seems wider than other kids

These shoes are huge in length I’m always size 6, nike, adidas, sperry; any sport shoe or boot, order a size 6 and they were huge, I got them exchange for a size 5 and And if I want to wear them without socks they are still big, they are supposed to be medium, my feet are towards narrow and that portion is fine so I imagine they would not feet someone with wide feet. Otherwise they are fine and they have some nice cushion on the insole.

Looked nice, but not the Keds I remember. Vamp was cut too low for me and overall ran large.

Nice enough shoes - I wear a 10W - these gap on the sides toward the heel area - and are a little long - so the fit was less than perfect for me - but I'm hard to fit anyway - returned them

I normally wear a size 7.5 or even an 8. I read that the shoes run narrow, so I ordered a wide. The 7.5 W was too big and flopped a lot at the toe box. The 7 W was almost there, but when I walked, the shoe creased right into my toes. This was very uncomfortable and a sign of a mismatched flex point. It felt like it was designed for someone with the same length of foot as me, but much shorter toes. Also, both wides (D) were still too snug on my feet. This is a shame because the sole is very cushiony and comfortable. I wouldn't walk miles in them, but they would be great for just every day stuff. The lower vamp makes it easier to pair with dresses and it can even be treated as a slip on. I'm very sad it didn't work out because I really liked them, but it's clear that this was made for someone with a very different foot from me.

I had to return these shoes, they were too big, about half a size. I usually wear an 81/2 because I use orthotics. The shoe is on the narrow side and the material didn't give much support at the ankle. Love the brand, I owe a pair of keds I bought at a dept. store and I've worn them for at least 5 years. This style is not as sturdy as my old ones. If you don't have problem feet, they should be ok.

I normally wear a 7, but I go down a half size for close fitting shoes (Toms, Keds) and sandals. So based on that, they are true to size. I've always wanted some Keds and was ecstatic to receive them. They are indeed cute, but have absolutely NO arch support. So I can't wear them for long periods of times. Definitely don't plan on wearing these for a lot of walking. I will keep them, but I would not recommend.

I was very disappointed in these. They felt much too small and much too narrow. I’ve worn Keds for years in size 11 narrow and have always fit. Perhaps it’s because these are the leather ones and my previous ones have all been canvas. Will be returning the leather and ordering the white canvas and keep my fingers crossed.

Definitely 1/2 a size too big, which is rare for me! Cute, but too big.

I have large, wide feet and struggle to find shoes I like that fit, and try different women’s and men’s sneakers. I won’t speak to the sizing, because if you like the look, you can probably get a size that fits properly. I had loved fabric Keds as a child in the 1960s and 1970s. The style of these is the same, and I found they really didn’t look good on me now. I ended up getting my first-ever pair of Brooks sneakers in a men’s size, instead.

Maybe I got a defective pair, but this size was really too big for a 7, and very long in the toe box. Unfortunately, sizing down didn't work (6.5 M felt too narrow).

Soles felt very thin. Zero padding detectable. There's room for orthotic inserts or cushioned pads. Leather does not look high quality.

This was much sider than I hoped. I normally take a N but this was too wide. Not much support either.

I like these shoes above the sole - they are good looking, fit well, and don't constrain my odd shaped feet. But the soles are really really thin and I feel every pebble and bump when I walk. I'm not used to shoes so lacking in support or structure in the sole. Although I like the way they look I don't like the way it feels to walk in them. So sadly I will return them.

I used to wear only Keds, but then found less expensive options that work with my inserts. I like the style of this shoe, but the insole won't come out so I can't wear my inserts in this witout half my heel coming out. They feel a bit short as well, so I'm returning them....so sad, I used to love Keds!

Cute shoe, but no arch support and no firm sole - I could bend and twist the whole shoe. No way my back would be happy with me wearing these :(

I bought a pair of these shoes at the end of June, and by mid September they were falling apart - the sole was detached on both shoes and I hadn't been wearing them more than 2-3 times a week. Zappos customer service was wonderful and is sending a replacement pair. I love the style, fit, and comfort and hope the first pair was just defective and the new pair will be more durable.

I like these shoes very much, but unfortunately they have a slight defect that makes them very uncomfortable. I tried them on and wore them around the house for a while to make sure they were comfortable before I decided to keep them. But after wearing them out the first day my heels developed bad blisters and I discovered that the leather stitching on the back rim had a slight fold that caused the rubbing and blister. I will take them to the shoe repair in hopes that they can be fixed somehow.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. My heel slipped, even with laces tightened. It's hard to find a sold black walking shoe with a black welt also, but just didn't fit for me. Also, the leather looked a little fake.

I have been waiting for Keds to make a wide shoe. Unfortunately, this is not the best wide shoe, I think Keds can do better.

I was excited to find this shoe in a wide width. Love the shoe for its looks, makes a great jean shoe, but it has very little support. I usually wear size 8-9 depending on the width, I ordered an 8 and it is a little long. I will be ordering another pair in a different color, but will get a 7 1/2. I should have taken note of other reviews that said shoe runs long.

For some reason, even these were narrow width, I had to add pads to the back of the heel to keep my heels from slipping up. I have the same Keds in the same size and width in canvas, and they fit beautifully. For some reason, these leather Keds are not as comfortable, and the fit seems totally different.
