Great shoe even with an arthritic toe.

Fit and size was great. But wow- the soles feel like you're walking directly on concrete. This could be addressed, though, with some simple inserts. As far as appearance- this shoe is waaaaay classier than what one would expect. I actually wear them to work. I definitely will be buying them again.

This is my go to casual sneaker! I just bought my third pair since 2012 and even though I wanted to explore different sneaker styles this time, I still went back to this shoe because it is perfect! The design is cute and it is comfortable right out of the box for long days of sightseeing and walking, or even light hikes. I love the high quality leather because you can easily wipe off any dirt and it makes the shoe water resistant in light to medium rain. Actually, the leather looked even nicer this time than on my previous pairs. I have somewhat narrow feet and the B Medium width is always perfect for me. I usually wear between 6.5 or 7, and with these I went with 6.5. The one downside is that the sole of the shoe is always what wears out first, and then water can enter via the bottom of the shoe if you step through puddles. But they still last decently well and are a very affordable price!

I normally wear an 8.5 to 9 but in these I needed an 8. I need wide width and the D width is perfect. These shoes are classics and can be dressed up or down as much as you like - great for jeans, shorts, capris; I also pair them with maxi skirts for every day. I like the leather because I can get several seasons of wear out of them and without socks they are still fine even in the dog days of summer here in the south.

This shoe is exactly what I wanted, I love it! I'd been wanting a "neutral" shoe--one I could wear with a casual look on a quick shopping run (or an all-day shopping run LOL) or a few hours out with friends to dinner or the movies but one that could also look good with pants, shorts, and summer skirts. The great thing about this shoe is it looks and feels great without socks because of the smooth/soft interior, so it really is so versatile. A lot of people give mixed reviews about the sizing. I got mine in my normal size, 8W and it fits so nicely. I can see why people would want to get a half size smaller, especially if they wear it without socks, because there is a bit of room, but honestly it just feels like an already-worn-in shoe to me. Additionally, this is not a tight-fitting shoe, so if you need your shoes hugging you, then I see why you'd want to size a half size down. I, on the other hand, love a roomy shoe lol. It doesn't slide off--I just tie the laces tighter if I need to. These also do not have a ton of arch support but are not thin like a cheap flat. If you're looking for some intense support, I would suggest a more athletic shoe or something designed specifically for arch support. This shoe is more about daily comfort while doing errands or doing less intense, standard activities. For reference, as a size 8W, my feet are about 9 1/2 inches at the longest part and about 4 inches at the widest part. They fit "roomy" like an-already-worn-in shoe but do not slip off my feet.

Very comfortable. Soft leather. I take a size 11 wide and was pleased to see this shoe was almost a half size larger, which I like because I wear socks with my shoe. I purchased the white leather, they look very nice on.

Love these! Wear these at least once a week. Not a lot of arch support, but i prefer that for a flexible shoe. I got the white leather. They still look like new almost a year later. Glad I got these over the canvas.

I have a white leather Keds just like this black leather that I bought a couple of years ago. I ordered a 6.5 W just as my white ones are, however, these were about a half a size smaller than the white ones. You could even see the difference side by side with the older white ones. No problem, though, Zappos is wonderful with returns and exchanges and the new 7W are just perfect. Great Keds quality that I've enjoyed for 50 years. These are just right for traveling as they are not clunky to pack.

I wanted a casual sneaker for the summer so I thought these Keds would be perfect. I usually wear a 7.5 wide but these were too long so I have to return them and will try the 7 wide.

I decided to try the leather because one reviewer said they were washable leather but afterward I checked the Keds site and they do not recommend that. Their recommendation is spot clean and let dry. Also I wasn’t sure how they compared to the white canvas. To my eye the white canvas is brighter while the white leather appears slightly grayish white when held next to the canvas one. While not stiff, it is not as flexible as the canvas and a little heavier which really wasn’t a surprise. I live in the desert so the canvas was a better choice for me although the leather one is a nice and well made shoe.

I needed a comfortable shoe because of my arthritic toes. What I like is not only the comfort of the shoe, but also the fact the it does not have a white sole, so i does not look like an athletic shoe.

These look like Real Shoes - something I could wear to the office...unless one objects to the little Keds logo on the heel. So comfy I got a second pair. Best with a thin sock and a supportive cushioning insole.

Excellent addition to your summer wardrobe

Right on the money with this classic Ked white sneaker look but it features white leather instead of the traditional canvas. Extremely comfortable right out of the box, noticed right away more room in the toe area which is a plus. The leather and shoe both seem very durable and easy to clean. Can't wait to wear these countless times this spring and summer!!

Keds have been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. They go with everything.

I was looking for a more supportive black leather walking shoe, but I loved the simple look and feel of this one that I kept it and Clarks Cheyn Ava. I have a narrow foot, so I bought this Keds in both narrow and medium. Either would have worked, but I ended up keeping the medium because it gave me a little more wiggle room. It seems to run a bit narrow.

I normally wear a 10w, but after reading other reviews I ordered both 9.5WW and 10W. The 9.5WW fit much better!

Classic and dependable! I love Keds for spring/summer casuals.

A great value! I wear a 12AA and it fit perfectly. These will be my go to knock around shoes! Well made and looks great with jeans, exercise clothes and more. I'll be wearing these shoes often.

I love the Keds Brand, and these black leather sneakers look great. They just don't fit my foot properly. I am sure the issue is more with my foot, than the shoe!

I order these for my elderly mother who needs a wide width and has trouble with her feet. She is very pleased with the material as well as the way they fit. We will continue to re-order this shoe.

I love these shoes! VERY comfortable, and a super fit, which is hard to find for my narrow foot (especially in the heel/ankle). The leather is easier to clean than fabric, but just as comfortable. These are great for running errands while being dressier than sneakers, but I would not replace walking shoes for extra support for regular walking.
