Happy South African Keds Wearer I first found my Keds's Champion 2K Slip-on Leather shoes in a store in Johannesburg about 7 years ago. Since then, because the store closed down, I have been getting my Keds on line through my son in Portland OR. I am fifty-ish, live in South Africa's most popular coastal resort town, and my Keds are the envy of my friends because of their elegance and durability.

These are a throw back to my junior high/high school years when I wore these all the time. White tennis shoes have a place in the wardrobe, but most are hard to keep clean. That's what's so great about Keds leather. These are pretty comfortable, but not right out of the box. I had to wear them around the house with socks to stretch them a bit and now they are fine. They run pretty narrow. Wide width? Don't waste your time. Not as cushy as they used to be either, but not bad. I wear a size 7M in everything. Keds run long, so go down a half size for proper fit. I like the slip-on ease, so I'm keeping them.

I was very disappointed that there is no longer a terrycloth lining even in the toe area of these. The rough bare canvas abrades the skin off the tops of my knuckles with just moderate walking.

A bit wide and loose looking for me, but comfortable. I need something I can just slip into quickly with bare feet. Just as nice as the canvas ones, but more dirt resistant!

I really like these shoes. I think they run narrower than marked. I have a very narrow foot and ordered the AA width and was surprised they fit. Length seems true to size.

They are ok - I’ve had these shoes for sometime now. They are pretty comfy, just don’t get them wet. If they get wet, they become very uncomfortable. After wearing them awhile, they started to become irritating. But as long as they don’t hit water, they're ok!

Love these - These are my second pair, purchased for an upcoming vacation in December because I don't want to take a chance of having anything happen to the first pair. My one regret is that Keds doesn't make these in other colors.

A Walk Down Memory Lane - This is the same Ked's Champion I've worn for years, but this time I upgraded to leather. I found a small amount of discomfort in the area of the big toe joint, possibly because my middle-aged feet have spread out a bit. Otherwise I love the leather as much as I have the several pairs of canvas.

Keds Champion-Leather Slip-On - I love the new terry lining. It really is comfy without socks. I can't believe you can wash these in the machine. I ordered standard delivery and was upgraded at no cost to 2nd day delivery, but it surprisingly came the very next day!

I've been a Keds fan for many years, and always am satisfied with the fit and feel, and this time is no different. This shoe gives me the ease of a slip-on for summer wear, and the terry cloth lining is a great improvement over others I have had - no socks required!

Leather slip on - Fit was a little wider in the heel than anticipated but with an additional insole fit fine.

I wear a 9.5 narrow. These shoes were too wide. There were more narrow than a medium but not narrow enough for someone with a narrow foot. I ordered the lace ups in hopes that I’ll be able to adjust the fit a bit that way.

Not like the original leather slip ons. Too flimsy. I will keep them because I like Keds slip ons.

These slip-on leather sneakers are plain, simple shoes that is more dressy than the regular canvas sneakers. The key word here is leather'--, sleek and snug. They look good with casual Summer attire. The cushioning not the best and would not suggest for a full day's wear outside the home.

Ouch! Bought these as an alternative to the canvas ones which I like except they get dirty and you can't get them clean again. These leather ones look great, dirt wipes right off but the elastic gore on the left shoe really hurts my foot. Thought I would see if they would get looser as I wear them. Also, wish Keds would have other colors of these in the slim width.

My Keds Review - I had a pair of Bonjour Leather Slip On's for about 3 years. They were a 7Wide and I loved them. Very comfortable and the size was perfect. Obviously after three years I needed a new pair. I could not find a Bonjour same as I had before so I got on the Internet and found what I was looking for in the Keds. They are working out okay but it seems like your size 7Wide is longer in length than the Bonjour's were. The width is fine but because they are too long they are getting a crease in the front part of the shoe. Other than that the quality of the shoe is wonderful. Nice soft inner sole, etc. Keds are a good product. Thank you.

Great shoe, very comfortable and wearable. Slips on and off easily.

Size and fit is great. I add an insole for a boost. These are my easy to slip on run-around shoes. I also keep a pair for the house also so I don't slip.
