OMG, LOVE LOVE! In my world with calves like chicken I always thought I could not wear this brand, not to mention I thought they were too BOHO for my taste. BUT given that my feet have aged and fallen arches and because I see the variety of colors, decided to give them a try. I had reservations about the comfort and after putting them on I felt the difference immediately. The toe piece for me being that it is synthetic I was especially concerned but found that it was not an issue for me. For anyone who has foot issues they might take time to work in or you might find they will never be comfortable but for the average foot who wants a comfort shoe and is currently on trend, you will be happy!

Brisk-Always a good choice. They run a little big for me. Size 7.5 wider toe box and a 37 is perfect.

LONG Wonderful Story, but Doing Business with Zappos is without question THE BEST!! Their helpful assists and return policy makes them incomparable! I am a LONG time Birkenstock wearer, and this is just ANOTHER in a long line of Birks I've enjoyed receiving from them! I had never been presented with "narrow" option before... and thought because I'm petite I MUST have all narrows! NOT so... Anyway, these are beautiful, comfortable and this company is a comfort zone for me!!

Excellent shoe great feel

I have owned a pair of the "typical" Arizona Birkenstock sandals for over 3 years, and they've been amazingly comfortable. The soles are wearing out a bit, and I decided to get a new pair. I discovered the Gizeh style, which I found to be a lot more feminine looking, and more stylish when I'm dressed up. I ordered the same size as my Arizonas, and they fit perfectly. In USA sizes, I'm a 9--9 1/2, and wear a 40 in Birkenstocks. I have wide feet, and "regular" is wide enough. I love, love, love how comfortable the footbed feels with my feet! Great arch support! I plan to order Birks that I can wear in the winter, as well.

I Love these shoes, but they ended up not being the right size even though I always wear a 9. This time I had to order an 8/8 1/2 (39), because this style of shoes runs small. i should point out though that I have never owned a pair of Birkenstocks, so maybe they all typically run small?

I love these sandals! I have a very narrow, long foot and need sandals to both fit well and have great support. These definitely fit the bill, and I can't wait to buy another pair next year. Just one thing to note: they do run big, so order half a size down.

Love these shoes! So comfortable. I can walk for miles in them. This is the third pair of these shoes I've owned over the last 10 years. I am usually a 7/7.5 but bought the 6/6.5 which are perfect for my feet.

First pair of birkenstocks and I love them. Very comfortable and very functional. The design of this pair makes them much more stylish than the standard buckle pair. Great for traveling

I got my first pair of Birkenstocks because I was sick of having my feet be in constant pain from wearing unsupportive, fashionable sandals. Now, I wear these all day all of the time! (when I'm not at work) I went apartment hunting this past weekend so I was walking around a TON! Up and down stairs, over dirt, grass, rough concrete, rough roads etc. My feet felt great the entire time. I look forward to wearing these sandals because they are not only comfortable but they are so cute as well!

I love this sandal! I wear 81/2 to a 9 and based on other reviewers I purchased the 38 and it fits perfectly. There was no break in period for me. They were comfortable out of the box and I have worn them every day since I received them. They are even more comfortable each day as they are molding to my feet. I have wide feet with bunions and they do go over the sides slightly but not enough to look weird or hurt. My feet actually look nice in these and I wear them out instead of just at home like all my other sandals.

I hadn't worn Birkenstocks in many years, but remembered that they were always really comfortable. I needed a sandal that would offer support, but would also be somewhat stylish, and chose these, and I am so glad that I did! I can wear them all day without a problem, and they are so, so comfy!

Thrilled with my first Birkenstock purchase The footbed's support is awesome, especially the arch. Leather color is exactly as pictured and sizing is accurate = runs true to size. The updated style seals the deal! Highly recommend!

I love these shoes! This is my second pair! It took me about 2.5 years of frequent use to wear out the first pair, and that is very good for me! Shoes usually only last about 3-6 months for me! And I am still wearing the worn out pair around the house and yard! They are very comfortable, after the breaking in period of about 2 weeks. I am a teacher and on my feet most of that day!

These are very comfortable and look more feminine and dressy than the classic Birkenstocks.

I bought these shoes because I saw them on someone else. I have three other pairs of Birkenstocks and I love them, but they were getting old and ratty. I work on my feet all day long as a massage therapist so I need a comfortable shoe, but I also wanted something stylish. I also have one unusually fat, swollen foot and ankle on the right, so I have difficulty finding shoes that my foot fits into, even if the length is right. I love that the strap on these is so adjustable, even for the largest instep. These shoes are so comfortable and fit the contours of my foot perfectly. My normal foot feels great in them too. I feel like my feet sink into perfect comfy molds that allow me to walk around all day with no foot pain or fatigue. Add to that these are the prettiest style of Birks in my opinion. I have the silver pair and they look very nice with a dress or skirt. A bit jazzy and dressed up. I will probably get another pair next summer of a different color. Highly recommended!!

They definitely run true to size. I recommend buying a size up if you're buying for kids with growing feet!

I've never liked the way Birkenstocks look but wear them because I've developed foot issues and Birks are the most comfortable. I bought this style after seeing a lot of people wearing them. They are so comfortable and my feet feel great in them. I ended up sizing down. My previous pairs (mayari and professional work clog) were too big in my usual size 37 (my us size is 6.5-7). Size 36 is perfect for me. I always had a gap between the back and my heel (which I've learned is not right with Birks). Very happy with my purchase!

Love these shoes. These are my second pair. They are very comfortable and feel secure on my foot as I walk. I have very bad plantar fasciitis that keep reoccurring so the stability and arch support are really helpful. I can go for long walks with these and they don't hurt or cause my plantar fasciitis to flare up.

Such a great sandal! They take about 2 weeks to conform to your feet and for your feet to adjust to wearing these, but it is worth it! Also, if you wear a half size, purchase the size smaller not larger. I usually wear a 9 and 1/2 or a 10 in other shoes and the 9 to 9 and 1/2 sandal fits me perfectly.

This is my 7th pair of Birkenstock sandals! I love them. I am having a very hard time finding the Gizeh Birko-Flor in navy blue, but I bought this instead and they are beautiful. These sandals are worth every dollar. I have so many because I buy a new pair every year, but I keep my old pairs for camping and working in the yard. Awesome sandals!

This is my first pair of Birks and they did not disappoint. Per another reviewer's advice, I tightened the strap which made the little bit of toe discomfort go away. The older I get the more I appreciate the positive impact that a good sole can have on my feet and back. It's a very good sign that when I get home at the end of the day I don't immediately step out of these to put on my slippers. I love this style as I've never felt that the traditional (Arizona) Birks fit my personal style but these definitely do for summer...shorts, skirts, jeans, etc. Breaking in was minimal at best.
