My first Birkenstocks. I was skeptical at first, they felt kind of weird, like there was a hump under the toes. But I wore them anyway and within a week or so they felt great. Better than that, they allowed my toes to sit naturally--any compression of my toes causes my metatarsalgia to be inflamed. Plus, they have that little bump before the ball of the foot, another anti-metatarsalgia trick. Now they're the only shoes I want to wear. A little clunkier than I'd like, but this style is more fashionable than their others, IMO. I may try a closed toe pair of Birks for winter, but right now I'm sticking with an Altra shoe for that, the only closed toe style that I can wear, it seems.

Too narrow and new top material...not sure about that.

I don’t understand the comments about the lack of comfort. These Birks are very comfortable and just what you would expect from the brand.

Birkenstock sizing has changed since the company was sold. I have worn a 37 N for over 30 years in Birkenstocks. Now the 37 is too small. If you have purchased them in the past do not go by the European sizing, go by the American sizing. Just a heads up, it will save you the hassle of having to deal with a return.

Good arch support. So comfortable and able to wear all day from day 1.

These sandals are (simply put) the best. However, will be returning them since they were meant to be a gift, and did not arrive in a shoe box. They were wrapped in a clear plastic bag, and stuffed into the traditional white plastic mailing bag. No protective box, nor the usual expected brochure assuring the quality and craftsmanship behind the product. Unfortunately, will be returning this particular pair for this reason.

The absolute most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever had the displeasure of having on my feet. I’m giving “comfort” one star because they wouldn’t let me give zero stars.

Really comfortable and stays on when walking. Narrow is perfect fit. Usually wear 8.5 in sandals. 39 fit perfect.

Felt true to size. Not the most comfortable Birkenstock.

I would have kept these shoes however the left shoes squeaks when I walk.

Am pleased with these and like the neutral color. I wear a nine narrow typically, and I ordered these in a 39 narrow, but could probably size up a hair to a 40 narrow. I’m always just grateful to get narrows!!

I liked them, I've been looking for silver sandals, but the part between the toes is large & uncomftorable

These are my go-to summer sandals and they fit like a glove and are very comfortable.

I have 4 pair of Birkenstocks. I replace my silver ones every couple of years due to a lot of wear. I love them. They have the best footbed and are beyond comfortable.

I’m so disappointed - these sandals really hurt. The spot where my toe touches the middle thong (between toes) is so rough my toe was bloody and burning after walking in them for just a few blocks. Size is fine - I’m not wearing a size too small. The materials used are just not good. Not at all what I expected from birks.

7.5 is too big and I was afraid 6.5 would be too small. I’m hard to fit because I have a wide foot and short toes. I wore them outside or I would return them.

I had ordered a 37 and received a 38 on 2nd attempt to get the right size. I will be returning it today. My first order was 38 but was to big so sent it back. I have not received my credit yet. I ordered a 3rd time , got the 37 , still just walking around in the house. Ordered a regualr width but not sure yet if birkenstocks will fit my foot. Stay tuned

This is the 4th pair of Birkenstock sandals I have owned. Normally I love them and buy the exact style and color every time. However, this time, within a few weeks of wearing the strap cracked. It's like the leather was brittle. Something was certainly made differently with this pair of Birkenstocks than previous purchases. Returning and disappointed the quality seems to have changed.

These are really cute and feel great on my feet.

Absolutely best shoe and I have zero foot pain when wearing! I have a low grade partial tear of distal medial plantar plate which cause numbing & pain from all shoes except these! Now what do I do in the Fall ?

These fit larger than expected. I exchanged them for a smaller size and they fit better. They would probably look cuter if my toes were longer like the models. Lol

I love these shoes! Second pair I’ve bought! They take a little time to break in but so worth it.

The plastic toe thong hurt my feet unfortunately
