I've had this shoe for about 6 weeks. Good shoe, but not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I wanted to check it out in a store first, but I couldn't find a local store. For [$] I expected a shoe that 'wrapped itself around my foot' but that is not what I got. It is stiff and my feet sweat more than usual (does not breathe well). Looks good in a business setting and will probably become more comrotable as I wear it. I am a little disappointed in the value.

I had very high hopes for this replacement as I had owned a pair made in the USA but was lost during a move. I don't believe that for the price it lives up to the Florsheim name. Somewhat disappointed by this purchase. Caveat Emptor!

Ordered the product in my normal shoe size and it's way too big for me. Wore it once now I'm stuck with the shoes. Have other pairs of Florsheim in my size but these are too big

I am very grateful as these are a very nice pair of shoes, however I spent alot of extra money for leather soles. Do any of your dress shoes still have leather soles?

The "leather" on the Tumble version of the Kenmoor is like hard plastic. Very uncomfortable.

Nice shoe except a nail was protruding from the heel and scratched my hardwood floor. While I was able to hammer the nail in, it's not something you expect after paying more than $200 for a pair of shoes.

Terrible clunky shoe of poor quality. Not worth half the price I paid. Last pair of Florsheims for me. Sticking with Allen Edmonds or Alden going forward.

Definitely nice construction but the quality of leather is poor. I bought these thinking they would be on par with the kenmoor of prior decades; they are not. If you're looking for that type of quality, go buy Alden. These shoes have corrected grain (plastic like) leather. Good entry level shoe, but at this price point there are much better options. Credits to florsheim customer service for accepting my return.

I originally ordered my usual dress shoe size, and found on delivery that the shoes were much too large. Because the size need base on subsequent consultation with the service representative was not in stock and was not anticipated to be for 4-6 weeks, I had to settle for a refund, which thankfully was expedited quickly. It is frustrating to try to purchase a shoe that few if any retailers will stock any longer, making accurate size/fit selections difficult.

Received shoes with many quality issues. Sole thickness is not even around the shoe. The double leather sole appears to be separating, a crack has formed in the middle of the sole. Finally, the paint on sole of shoe is not painted evenly. Very disappointed.

I have owned both a black and brown 2007 version of this model that lasted through a resole until a 2013 tornado took them from me. I replaced the black with an identical shoe in 2014, though. Before the tornado, my black 2007's were starting to get a broken down on the non-leather welted edge joining the exterior from the interior is the shoe. I always polished my shoes, alternated, used cedar shoe trees, and a shoe horn to put on my shoes so I can only come to the conclusion Florsheim short-changed quality for profit. Now my black 2014 shoes have far inferior quality in leather than the 2007 black or brown shoes as hey are very thin and feel as if they will crack at some point. My left shoe has developed a squeak when I walk after one year, too. I bought a pair of Allen Edmonds to replace my brown Kenmoor and they are far superior in every single way and worth the extra money, easily. My Kenmoors are comfortable but the Allen Edmonds are like house slippers! So now I am in a position of buying two pairs of expensive shoes to replace these pieces of crap. Spend more now by buying the Allen Edmonds or spend a lot more later in waiting to buy Allen Edmonds. Besides, most Allen Edmonds shoes can be recrafted at a comparable price to just get a show replaced be a shoe cobbler! Do not listen to the reviews of people owning Kenmoors 20 years ago or earlier as they were totally better made shoes back then.

I had these shoe for 3 weeks, wearing them 3 times per week. The leather portion of the bottom of both heels has come unglued around the edges.

Very surprised at poor quality control. Scruff mark on one shoe, uneven stitching, and one rough lining edge and one smooth one. Certainly, I would classify these as 'seconds' in a proper shoe shop. Returned them.

As a long time 'Imperial" wearer, this shoe is diminished in quality in the last 3 years. Previous versions were more expensive and better quality. I paid $2XX for a pair last year. I expected to pay $80 to $100 more than shoes I purchsased three year ago and was surprised at a lower price. After wearing the shoes for a few weeks I found the quality inferior to what I expected.

I just bought the cognac colour in New York (now I'm back in Sweden), they looked very nice when new. But I've used them twice and the leather is already chipping and cracking. In my opinion they are made out of cheap corrected grain leather. I have no idea how so many people can rate them so high? Ibased my purchase on the reviews but I feel let down.

Terrible shoes the leather looks like from a toy doll. When you moved operations to India for a better profit margin you should have just closed the doors. Nothing about this shoe says quality. It's embarrassing to see what florsheim has become. I've owned vintage imperials this doesn't even come close.

did not use the shoe and kept it for a festive occasion. When the holiday arrived I wore the shoe once !!! And the sole of the shoe, which you claim is made of pure leather, just started to crumble ...Product is defective in all opinions and there is no answer from customer service !!
