Highly Recommended - My old Doc's had been running on fumes for a few months and I finally decided to retire them after 4 years of faithful service. Since I already knew I wanted another pair of docs, I began looking at the mall and other places, but finally lucked out and found Zappos after the recommendation of my girlfriend. I thought there must be a catch since they offer them for so cheap, but there wasn't one. I picked out a style and size and ordered them up. I still am amazed at how quickly they got here (I went with the free 4-5 day shipping, but they upgraded me to next day for FREE). The free return policy is nice, though I won't be using it since I am very pleased with my purchase. All in all an excellent way to purchase these fine shoes. I highly recommend Zappos to ANYONE!

Incredible shoes! I had been searching for these for a while and after going through hell and back trying to order them thru Dr Martens official website, I'm glad I got them thru Zappos. Well made and comfy right out of the box

Old Reliable - Docs are the greatest, and these are no exception. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on, and they'll probably last three or four years just like my last pair. You simply can't go wrong.

Zappos rocks - I don't know how I found this site but I love it. I ordered my first pair of Docs from here and I got them $33 cheaper than any of my friends, and I also got them in 2 days. I don't know how they can sell them for that much and get them here that fast but its pretty sweet...

First pair of Chinese Docs. Received my new Docs in record time, ordered friday night got them first thing monday morn. A+for that. First pair of Chinese Docs, but quality appears to be good, only thing they don't have the removable insoles my UK Docs had.

Love them! I bought these as a birthday present for my bf and he loves them! They look great!

Excellent service, I would definitely reccomend this to anyone, but it was one size too big. I recieved within two days!

1st Docs - This is my first pair of Docs and my first order from Zappos. I just got them home and so far I am very impressed with the look of these shoes, fashionable while understated. I haven't had a chance to wear them out yet and see how they feel. The thing I am most impressed with is Zappos themselves, speedy shipping, and living so close to Kentucky I get fast delievery (1 day). With such quality products and great service, I will be buying all my Docs here, and from the intial impression I will be buying more.

Great Shoes - Great for work I am on my feet all day long and Dr. Marten's are always great.

Great shoes, But order 1 Size smaller than your true size. These shoes are great! A little hint, I wear a 9 in US sizes and I got An 8 in Us size and its still a little BIG.. it feels like its going to slip off my foot when I walk. So for SURE get a size SMALLER than what your foot is. I orderd the shoes Sunday afternoon and got them Tuesday Morning I was FREAKING out, I couldn't believe it came so FAST. But Besides them being a Little Big, they're GREAT. And ZAPPOS is wonderful. I am for sure buying more shoes from them.

Comfortable!! Just too big - This feels like it would be an absolutely comfortable shoe-but my size 6 felt like a size 7 and I am exhanging for a different kind of Dr. Marten shoes (since they were on sale, there were no smaller sizes left). The leather was very soft and the bottom of the shoe felt cushioned.

I love them! They are so cute. They go with tons of stuff. I could not believe how FAST they got here!! Most people-I've read-get them in a day or so. I got them in about 4 days. But I live overseas with the military and wasn't expecting them for at least 2 weeks. I'm so impressed. Anyways...they fit and felt great right out of the box. From reading other reviews I decided to go with a full size smaller than I normally wear. And it was the right decision. I love love love them. The last pair of Doc's I owned-I wore for 8 years. They, ovbiously, didn't look like new the whole time, but they looked good-and felt good. I'm sure I'll keep these for the next 8.

Great service, delivery, product... Ordered these shoes 10/22 and received them 10/26 -- with free shipping! Tried on the shoes and they feel great. Second pair of shoes I have purchased from Zappos and I am very satisfied. Even placed another order today for some shoe care products.

WOW - I placed the order on line last night and when I got home from work today, and holy cow!!! They were on my porch!!!!!! I was absolutely amazed at the delivery!!! The shoes looked great. I know the reviews say buy them a whole size smaller so I did, and they are still big, but very comfy! Wish they came in half sizes then they would be absolutely perfect. But so far I like them.

Unbelievable service - Ordered my Dr Martens on saturday 10/16/04 and they were on my doorstep on 10/18/04. In case you need to know, this was ordered saturday on my doorstep Monday. I paid no shipping--they upgraded me to Fedex. They also took $5 off my bill because they noticed one of the boxes had been damaged and had to repack in a unmarked box. They notified me by email and all this took place within 48 hrs or less. That is unbelievable service and I have worked my entire career in customer service. Kudos job well done.

3 pairs owned! I have owned one pair of the 8312's for about 6 months. I just purchased two more pairs! These are BY FAR the best shoes Dr Marten's has made...obviously, I own 3 pairs now!

Doc 8312 - Comfortable right out of the box, I wear them at work all day where I'm on feet a lot and I still wear them to run errands after work. Great shoes & great service from Zappos.

Dr. Marten's 8312 - The Best!! That is how I describe both the shoe and Zappos service!! I ordered the shoe on Tuesday evening and got them Thurs. Morning!! The shoes look great and are versatile! Go with jeans or with Chinos! Dress ‘em up or down. Quality is excellent and they are super comfortable! I have bought several pairs of shoes through Zappos and they have never let me down. Zappos continues to exceed my expectations and I expect a lot! They are the best, I highly reccommend these shoes and you can't beat the price!! Way to go Zappos!

So fast, so comfortable - It took one day for my shoes to arrive and these are the most comofortable shoes I have ever owned. The price was also much cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Shoes, sit, and service were all spectacular. Thanks much Zappos.

BEST and CHEAPEST Service!!! Zappos.com is the best online store I have ever delt with and the service was FAST. These boots are incredible and talk about comfortable. I will recommend Zappos to anyone who wants to buy shoes and I know where I am going when I need shoes next time.

So, I ordered these and Zappos NEXT DAY FED EXed them to me...FOR FREE! WOW! Awesome service! The shoes are great, the most comfortable (non-sneaker) shoe out of the box shoe that I have ever owned. They are awesome!

Dr. Marten's 8312 BEST! Finally, footwear that are worth every penny. I looked for Dr. Marten's everywhere on the internet and at local malls, but was not willing to pay the price for what I thought was too much to spend on shoes. However, when I found this ZAPPOS.com website. I found the pair of shoes I wanted at the cheapest price on the net. I am so tight with my money that when I saw the price I bought em'. The price was so great that I bought four pairs of Dr. Marten's. In addition, no sales tax and free shipping. The best part was they arrived 4 days before promised. That is service! I'm a VERY demanding customer and ZAPPOS.com more than exceeded any expectations I could ever have.

A winner - Just received my Dr. Martens's 8312 Bark Grizzly and they are great. Felt like they were already broken in right out of the box. Great styling and comfort. Excellent customer service from Zappos and fast two day delivery. I'm hooked.
