Great shoes - They go with everything, their only drwback is they are a little heavy.

In the work that i do the shoes allow me to not slip when there is greese and water on the floor.

Good Shoes - I have honestly had these shoes for 4 years and have worn them everyday. I bought some other kinds but don't wear them, these are the best. After about 3 years the stitching came undone near the toe, but I don't care they still look new, can't beat 'em.

I love Dr. Martens - In January 2004, I will have had this shoe for 2 years. You would not know by looking at them. I wear them EVERY day to work. I work on concrete floors and am standing 6 to 7 hours. There is very little tread wear. The initial break-in time was about a week but it is worth it! I just purchased two more pair of Dr. Martens because of the comfort and duribility of these shoes.

First Doc's not what I expected, but good - Good shoes, good look, a little big though.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable, solidly built. They look really cute with jeans! They weigh a ton, but that's not such a big deal.

Great shoes! This style of Docs were my first pair. I have had them for 3 years now and barely wear anything else! I have since bought 4 more pairs in different styles and will always be a Doc wearer!

DM's Are Special! This is my second pair of DM's. First pair were 9369's, wore them for 2 1/2 years and 3,000 miles. I'm older than most, but I'm no different in most respects. I want comfort, value and solid construction. The 8312's nearly hit the mark, but may not be the shoe for all. They are heavy, a serious plus if you put the time in to break them in properly. They won't break down within a few months of hard use. They look great, and won't leave you with the "short/fat" foot look (no small thing to short/fat foot people). Thank God they make me look younger than I am. My only concern is perhaps a lack of proper heal height, a trait I've noticed in my new 9369's as well. These new DM's seem to be riding less secure and lower on my heel than my first DM's. This could be a manufacturing or design issue or it could be me (lots of changes to one's body after passing 45, but heel height shouldn’t be one of them). I have yet to feel the 8312's grab and hold my heel as comfortably and securely as I'd like, but they may yet come around. Unlike some other DM's, the 8312's don't have an insert you can adjust, but this may not be a concern once I finish breaking them in. Other than a chance desire to make some subtle adjustment, these shoes don’t need an insert, they are NICE. Expect these 8312’s will come around, as will the new 9369’s since I tweaked the heel insert. DM’s are special, they are the best shoes going, and you can’t get a better value than here. The service you'll get from Zappos is simply extraordinary and won't disappoint. Your feet will love you.

Great shoe! This pair of Docs is awesome. I bought the peanut color and the toe is a bit brighter than the rest of the shoe but it looks great. The picture makes it look like a big contrast but it is perfect. I recieved these 2 days after I ordered them and wore them the same day. They are super comfortable and need no breaking in period! I wear a solid size 7 but all Docs run big so I got a 6 (UK 4) and they fit like a glove. I like to wear boots and shoes with a bit of a heel and these are a change for me but they compliment everything, dressy or casual.

Awesome... I got these in bark grizzly about a month and a half ago and I must say, they were comfy from the beginning, but they did start feeling a lot better as they broke in, just like any other Doc Martens shoe. These shoes also have excellent cushioning. These go great with anything from rugged jeans to dress khakis. If you want a casual shoe with great versitality, this shoe is for you. The only problems with this shoe is that it's a little heavy and it's cut about a full size larger and it's a little wider than normal, although the little bit of extra width shouldn't be a problem unless you have a narrow foot, maybe, and you'll probably just get used to the weight.

These are awesome - These not only look great, but feel great, too. I was so impressed with these I went out and bought another pair before they went out of style!

Totally right for anyone. I went out to the Mall of America and went into a clothing store and saw some Docs. I was soo happy I bought them and wore them all over the mall with no problem what so ever. I felt like I was seriously walking on clouds. Its my 5th pair of Docs and I love these the most! I think that everyone would be happy with these shoes because I know I am and I will keep them all through the rest of my high school years! GET THEM AND YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Great Doc - I had a pair of Docs for my entire high school years, the same pair and I love them. I saw this shoe and had to get it. Super Comfortable, it's time for a new pair of Docs. They feel ever better than my old pair when they were brand new.

These shoes are awesome! I love these shoes! I wear them all the time and they are the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own. I own other Docs but these are definitely the best!

Absolutely a great pair of shoes! Normally, I wear shoes out pretty fast. But with Docs, the brand that I can trust, I can have them for years. I'm kinda a shoe-addict. I've "collected" more than 10 pairs. I got Nike (Shox and Presto), New Balance, Oakley, Reebok, Adidas, Skechers, and three pairs of Doc. This one is the most expensive one I paid (60 bucks!), since I don't wanna waste too much money for my "hobbies". Since I got Doc, other shoes must stay in the locket. Believe me, dudes! Doc's shoes rock! Comfortable and cool look! I currently got a little injury in my left big toe, this pair of Doc's give me enough room for my big toe with the bandage without any difficulty. Great shoes! Highly recommened.

An Absolutely Happy Customer - I've had these a li'l over 6 months & LOVE them!! They're so comfortable & go with just about everything. The only other thing I suggest is purchasing the Dr. Marten's Wonder Balm. It's a great investment. I scuffed the toes sooooo many times. When I buffed the scuffs out with the Balm, they looked new again. I will MOST definitely purchase from Dr. Marten's & Zappos again!!

First pair experience!! I just bought these through Zappos.com, and they're awesome! They look great, and are rrrrreeeaalllllyyyyy comfortable!! They're really padded/cushioned! The picture does make the shoes look way lighter than the actual shoe though (my opinion on the bark color) but they still look nice! Also, they run about, I'd say, one full size bigger (had to return mine for a size smaller). I never would have paid 100 dollars for a shoe, and never have, but once you try these on, there worth the price. You'll never want to wear any other kind of shoe, except these!

Best shoe I've ever owned! I bought this style in black, then brown, then another pair in black for when the first ones wear out! I love them! They run larger than average in length and width.

Cool Shoes.. This is my 4th pair of Doc's and is practically the only brand I wear now. These shoes look great and are comfortable. The only complaint I have is that its very hard to get the laces tight after you have worn them a couple of months. Their still great shoes though..

Not a good choice. It's a great shoe at first, then after awhile the leather gets loose and you can tie it so tight that the leather from both sides touch and then it looks dumb. Also after some use, the tip bends up and it creases in the middle between the tip and the first bottom lace, and then it looks really dumb
