I have owned a pair of these for about 4 years, a dark brown pair though. They are made well and show little sign of wear and get more comfortable with age. I wear them when I know I will be walking because they fit and feel like a tennis shoe.

These are great. They are padded inside and have a great feel to them. I wear them as a casual shoe but I have worn them while working and they clean up really well.

Great shoes that last a very long time. Perfect and comfortable for all sorts of weather and weathery conditions. A+ purchase.

These shoes are amazing for when you have to be on your feet a long time. They do run a bit big, but that's okay because with my hand knit socks I get a perfect fit. They are rugged, of absolutely sturdy construction. I have other Doc Martens that I bought over 3 years ago, and they still look brand new. No one should hesitate to purchase these shoes!

Great shoes - Just love these shoes. They are very comfortable and look great. I've been wearing them everywhere I go.

Better than expected. I expected to need shoe inserts and for them to need a week to break in. I needed neither. They fit perfectly right out of the box. No need to get a larger or smaller. Just your normal size will be fine.

My Favorite Shoes - I've had these for a little over a year now and I cannot think of a single complaint! I wear them every day to work and they still look and feel as good as they did out of the box. Great looking shoe and more comfortable than my other two pairs of Docs.

Great Shoe - These shoes are very comfortable and look great. I have been buying Dr. Martens for years and they are simply the best most well built shoes I have ever owned.

Without a doubt, the best shoes ever made! I have been wearing Docs for over 20 years and every time I buy a new pair, I am blown away....again. A slightly heavy shoe, but in 2 days, they feel like you have worn them for 2 years. Super soft leather but thick and durable. They fit about a half size larger so keep that in mind.

Nice shoes. I really like Doc Martens shoes and own 3 pairs. I forgot how uncomfortable these shoes really are until you break them in. I have been wearing them every day but they still are uncomfortable. What I really like about these shoes is that they are made of quality material and last a really long time. I've had my last pair for over ten years. And they still look brand new.

The only ONE! I have bought my son another pair of Dr. Martens before, so this is the only ONE type of shoe that he would consider looking at. He loves the look, the feel, and the way that they wear, they are comfortable.

My fav - These shoes are my favorite. They go great with any pair of pants and any style. They are comfortable and durable.

No arch support, which I really like. Very comfortable. I wish the toe box was a little wider. No half sizes. The texture of the leather hides scuff marks really well. Nice dress or 'casual' shoe. Not so good for sports.

I bought the same shoe three years ago and my feet felt as if they were on holiday everyday. Everything fit perfectly. No breaking in time, no rough spots, true to size and width. I work in a hospital and am on my feet 11 hour a day and walk on average 7 miles during the course of my day so I was really impressed. Now I have purchased my second pair and at first everything was good, not as wonderful as the fisrt, but good. Three weeks have passed and I can no longer wear the shoes. They have become increasingly looser in the heel so they rub and the over all feel of the inner sole is rough, as if there is stitching pushing up through the pad. I bought heel pads thinking they might help but it was not the solution. I am truly unhappy with this new pair.

I originally bought this same shoe back in 2003 and wore them to work five days a week for eight years straight. They held up great. I liked them so much I bought them again. It seems Dr. Marten isn't making these in the UK anymore as the shoes I received were made in China. On the surface they seem to be of the same quality, but time will tell. They're very comfortable and provide good support. Also, these no longer run large (like the UK-made shoes), so I'd recommend not buying a size smaller than what you normally wear. I wear size 12 US and the UK size 11 (US size 12) felt true to size. The UK size 10 (US size 11) was too small for me and I had to return them. Luckily, the Zappos return process was a breeze. These are great shoes and definitely worth the price.

These shoes are awesome!!! They are probably the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. They look and feel great. Dress shoes always run a size big, so I ordered a UK 9, which is a U.S. size 10. I usually wear a U.S. 10.5 or 11, but dress shoes are always a size big. The U.S. 10's fit perfect!!! I ordered and received them in three days total!!! Zappos.com is the best!!!

Look and feel great! I had to finally retire my old Docs after having them for almost 10 years! I expect nothing less from these, and so far they have delivered. They are comfortable AND I love the look. A must have for your casual wardrobe.

Purchased for daughter who is a chef - My 20 year old daughter thought these shoes were great the second she opened them on Christmas! She wore them several days before returning to culinary school and pronounced them as emminently comfortable! The styling was also much to her satisfaction. She can't wait to try them out on the kitchen floors at school. She now has 6 pairs of Doc Marten's, but this is the only pair that will work for her while working. She and I are both Doc Marten lovers. I wish I had bought a pair of these for myself, as I, too, liked the sytling. They are a bit heavy, but one is used to that if you have been wearing Docs.

A good all around shoe - Goes well with jeans, very sturdy.
