I bought these for my husband because he has very wide feet. Its a very comfortable shoe and his feet don't feel pinched and he didn't need to break in the shoes at all. My only issue with this shoe is that the gold buckle on the front came off the leather. We can't tuck it back in or even rip it off because it left holes in the leather from where it was originally fastened. It now ends up flapping along and looks awful. Too bad this happened because its a well made shoe except for the inferior trimming.

These are great shoes but, I have been using these shoes for many years. They are comfortable, lightweight, easy to slip-on, but the last pair I used was defective, the heel of the left shoe fell off completely after just one day. This never happened before. I have older ones that I have used for over two years. I do not know if manufacturer offer any replacement warranty?
