I love EVERYTHING about Zappos!! PERIOD! All Converse Chucks run big by 1/2 to a full size, no reflection on Zappos.

I LOVE my new shoes! I had to exchange them because I ordered a size 8.5 in women/6.5 in men and they were too big. The customer service representative was AMAZING! They exchanged them and I had my shoes the very next day!

I love these shoes so much. They're a staple. I wear them almost every single day to school or even if I go out. My first pair ended up super dirty close to Grey so I had to get a new pair. Love love love Must say it runs a bit big so consider getting maybe half a size smaller.

A comfortable classic. I buy a new pair of these once a year. The white pair go with anything and everything.

Standard issue gear for young (and old) delinquents. Sure, you probably think that implies some form of criminality but that's not to say that only criminals wear these shoes. A few may and that's just fine for them but just because you don't have a neck tattoo, ride a stolen bike and live with your mom at age 45 doesn't mean you can't enjoy these truly urban, authentic bipedal status symbols. To be clear, you won't actually jump higher (like over a chain link fence) and you won't run faster (like those doughnut layden uniformed patrolmen chasing you) but you will FEEL like you can. And that is what life is all about, feeling awesome, powerful, young and carefree. So get a pair and start living!

I ordered these shoes for my daughter who had an old pair that needed replacement. The tip to order half a size down was helpful in getting the right fit. I used my Zappos $30 gift certificate (thank you, Zappos!) and the shoes were a great deal with free shipping.

I've been wearing Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars since the 1960s. My last pair, which I still have and wear, are Made in USA high-tops. My biggest concern when I bought these was whether the sizing had changed over the years. I am an 8.5 US and have always worn 7.5 Chucks. I'm happy to report that these new Chucks fit exactly the same as my vintage USA-made pair. Regarding quality, these new Chucks seem to be of the same quality as my USA-made Chucks. I'm impressed! And I couldn't be happier that I can continue to wear Chucks for another 50 years (fingers crossed).

Typical Chucks. Classic. Timeless. These run a little big though so I had to exchange 11.5 for an 11...Zappos online customer service was AWESOME and they shipped the new size imeadiately BEFORE even receiving my return!! Love the free shipping both ways too.

I ordered these converse for my daughter who always wears a size 6.5 mens/8.5 womens. These arrived quickly but appear to be 2 sizes too large, even though they list the above size inside the shoe.

Slightly smaller size fits like a glove without socks.

Definitely get a full size down. I usually wear 9-9.5 (depending on the style of the shoe), so I ordered a 9, and they were really big. My brother that usually wears 10-10.5 tried them on, and they fit him great, so he kept them. I ordered another pair- size 8, instead of dealing with a return/exchange.. Hope this helps! Cheers.

Love that Chuck Ts finally come in 1/2 sizes but it feels like they adjusted them. When I first tried them on I needed an 8.5 ( been waiting 20 years for them to exist in 1/2 sizes) Finally I order an 8.5 and they are WAY too big! Swapped them for an 8 and it's better but still bigger than they ever were before the half sizes were added. Try them on in a store first to confirm your size.

Love the converse brand, have always been a converse fan. I order shoes a lot off of Zappos a lot because they really do have awesome customer service and free shipping too, with free returns can't beat that! After fighting with my converse black high tops which looked very nice I decided I did not want to fight with these any longer, so I got the same color but in low tops. Everything fits fine, would definitely recommend buying these shoes.

You know what you're getting if you've ever owned a pair. Ladies, shoot for a half size smaller than you normally wear.

This is the first pair of "cons" I've had on my feet since I was 10 years old, and I LOVED it! Not only have they stayed in vogue, they really do take you back when your only concerns were what's for dinner, and can you stay out just another 15 minutes! The color choice nowadays is awesome. I bought the natural white, and received numerous compliments at the Independence Day party. Only caveat: ORDER ONE HALF SIZE SMALLER THAN YOUR NORMAL SHOE SIZE. THEY RUN BIG. Why they don't put that in the item description is beyond me. Go Cons!

Very Happy with this purchase! The gray Converse I ordered are exactly what I wanted. They fit like all my other Chucks so I had no problem ordering the right size. The color was the only un-known for me, and it ended up being exactly what I wanted: a rich, gray that's deep without being too dark.

I loves these classic Chuck Taylor's! They do run big so you may want to get a half size smaller. Also make sure you are ordering the women's size and not the men's size. These are cute with shorts, jeans or even sporty shirt dress. I consider these fashion sneakers -- not for sports!

Purchased these for my daughter who has a narrow foot, and they are true to size for her and may be narrow for the average foot.

These are a classic, they look great with shorts or a skinny jean and you can't beat the price and they fit great.
