First Chuck Taylor's were high top black for jr high gym class in the early 60s. And not because they were fashionable. There was no alternative back then. No Nikes, Pumas, Addidas, NB, ASICS back in the day. Everyone wore Chucks. Still wearing them 60 years later. I've bought all kinds of running shoes size 10.5 Mens. I get Chuck's a half size down at 10. Low tech low price. Now retro chic. Go figure?

Got these for my boyfriends birthday. He loved the shoe but way too big. Wears a 12 usually and had to wear an 11 in these.

It's taking me a long time to find the best fit. I usually wear 7.5, ended up wearing the converse size 7. Has enough room for happy feet 3/4 insole, helps with arch support. Great casual shoes, easy to pair with everything.

Loved this shoes let's be honest these are classics!! I had bought size 7.5 and they fit big. Now I know chucks are not suppose to fit super snug but for me these were like a flip flop just big so I ordered a size 7 and it was perfect. Forever a classic and always a favorite.

Getting back to my roots. Wore Chuck Taylors my entire youth, and I'm returning to them in my 50s. Nice wide toe box, very natural fit and feel. Would be five star comfort and overall if a half size shorter. Love 'em still.

Cute classic shoe, this pair was harder for me to break in than previous Converse that I've owned. Love the style.

I'm a huge fan of Converse. These look great.. only thing is they're not that comfortable.

My husband wears a 14. Just because you can make a shoe in that size doesn't mean it flatters people who have that size foot. He put them on and all I could think was Ronald McDonald's clown shoes. Just no. Kudos though that they fit a narrow foot. We returned.

great casual shoe. I purchased the gray so that they are a bit neutral to sort of "go with everything". Great minimalist sneaker.

Good fit and quality

I ordered a 1/2 size down in these as many recommended and they fit perfect. I love the color of gray and was able to find matching ones for my son.

I bought these for my daughter. They are a "must have" fashion shoe at her school and they are worn with everything. She is a 7 1/2 but went down to a 7 in these. She felt she was walking out of the 7 1/2. Personally, I cannot wear these. No support and too hard on my feet.

Perfect shoe for kicking around. There isn't much support but you aren't running a marathon with these shoes. Enjoy them for what they are - comfy casual shoes. I'm almost always a 7, needed a 6.5.

i'm a lifelong chuck taylor fan and bought these for my 11 year old and toddler. the 11 year old is wearing women's sizes and those run pretty true, the toddler however I needed to size down to fit her feet. She is an 8 in everyone else but had to drop to a 7 for her. Love these shoes though- enough to buy for my kiddos and start their habit as well.

Flimsy shoes, very little support

Typical Converse All Stars... that says it all. Been wearing such since I was a little guy. Since adulthood, though, my feet need more arch support, so I added Dr. Schols athletic inserts, whalla!

Style is perfect. I would order a full size down. They just run long. Also check out this style but the laces are elastic & heel stretches. Perfect to slip on & off.

Chucks are certainly not for everyone, but their cult following and staying power in fashion isn't unwarranted. They have no arch support or cushion. Walking in Chucks is nearly like walking barefoot. The regular width is very narrow. If you don't have narrow feet I strongly recommend buying wide width. Because they are unisex the larger boys' sizes are considered adult shoes (and therefore prices) since they correlate to women's sizes. The prices have skyrocketed in recent decades, but Chucks are unmatched in classic style.

Such a cute and classic shoe. Goes with everything. Runs true to size. I have a high arch and narrow feet, these shoes are comfortable for every day but I wouldn't recommend them for long days with a lot of walking.

I had been eyeing these shoes for a while, so when I finally got them I was super excited. I would recommend sizing down a half to a whole size. Also, a little uncomfortable to wear at first. But once they are broken in no problem! Looking forward to getting these in other colors!
