Monochrome Black - I love these shoes. Monochrome black is slightly more sophisticated and original than the normal all star white/color contrast. Great for city walking as they are very comfortable and stylish. I also own the black and white version pictures, and like them equally well. Best thing is you can throw them in the washing machine (I don't recommend using the dryer, just air dry) and they come out looking brand new! One thing I will say is that the arch support isn't great. If I have any serious walking to do (more than a couple of hours, or if I'm on my feet all day) my arches do get sore. But overall a very good quality, reasonably priced, stylish shoe.

Converse-all - First of all I love Zappos...by the time I hang up the phone my order has arrived...second of all they are the coolest, cutest shoes...have three pair...all from Zappos.

Classic style and comfort - The Converse All Star Core OX are the epitome of classic retro style. I can't stop wearing them because nothing pulls together an outfit, any outfit, like the Converse All Stars.

Wearing Chucks since I'm 13...now I'm 47 & still do. Absolute favorite sneaker of all time. I just keep buying them, wearing them out, and buying another pair. Great everyday knocking around sneaker. Really comfortable. Zappos is tops in fast shipping & customer service. Other companies should take a lesson.

Absolutely loved it- My 18 year old daughter loved this shoe. Said it was comfortable and fashionable and wears it all the time.

Love Them! I have a pair in navy that I have had for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and they go with most everything. The only thing that sucks is if you wear them in the rain, your feet get wet :( But it's a small price to pay for these awesome shoes. I want to get a bunch more!

Converse All Star - These are shoes both my daughters love to wear. They like the look and the feel. We've been buying these shoes for the past 10 years or so - and my daughters are now 23 and 16.

Great look, great shoe! These retro-style shoes are just as comfortable as they were when I wore them as a kid. If I could afford it, I'd buy a pair in every color and style. Unlike some retro-redos, this one is a very welcome come-back!

Converse Rawk - Not to be too typical - but I enjoy and collect Converse shoes. So my review may be a bit bias. However, I can assure the unsure customer that you will not regret the purchase of a pair of chuck tees. The shoes lack arch support - so if you have high arches like myself, order a size or two up from what you usually wear so you can buy supports to go along with the shoes. This way, you can get the perfect fit and comfort. For example, I wear a womens 8.5W normally, so I buy a women's 10. As far as style goes - there is no cooler shoe around. And black is the classic all star. Here's a tip! If the white trimming starts to look dingy after lots of wear, clean them with an alcohol prep pad like the ones used at a hospital. It will take the grime right off.

Classy Footwear - This is my first pair of Cons, and I'm nothing but impressed. They look great and the fit is perfect. They are pretty rugged (but not at all waterproof) and should hold up for some time.

Love 'em - I ordered a half size lower and they fit perfectly. If you want a true white shoe, make sure to order the Optical white. The regular white is actually cream colored. I may purchase insoles for them as they offer no arch support, but there's only one Chuck so I don't mind a bit. Got the shoe in two days. Will definitely order from Zappos again.

Pink converse - I have quite a few people asking me where I got my Pink Converse. I told them I order them online from zappos and I did not have to pay shipping and that I recieved right away. I would order again I would like a red pair also.

A Great Classic! I bought this shoe for my daughter in blue and black, and she already has it in kelly green. It's a comfortable classic in many colors, and an affordable part of a teen's wardrobe! Classic Good Looks - I am on my feet all day and I have found these to be perfect in the casual environment that I work in. At first the heel rubbed a bit funny - no blister,just a little sore and red. By the third wearing they were just fine. In fact, I often forget I'm wearing shoes when I have these on which says a lot. I get compliments on them all the time - you just can't go wrong with these "All American" classics!

REtro - Now 54, I played BB in these for years. Long before the over-hyped criminals passing for basketball idols took over the game there was Chuck Taylor. Great retro shoes, now worn by my 15 year old daughter in 5 colours and counting!

A classic. Their popularity persists for a reason. Stylish, comfortable & somehow manage to go with just about everything.

Perfect! This is seriously the perfect shoe. Although yes, you have to be careful to order it 1/2 size lower than most shoes.
