Order this shoe one size down or at least a 1/2 a size

Great purchase! I would have to say that overall, this was a great first time experience w/ Zappos. Shipping really was free, price was competitive (couldn't find a lower price anywhere online), reviews advising to order a half size smaller than actual shoe size were right on (converse says the same thing on their website, fyi), shoes arrived in a timely manner and they look great on my boyfriend! Would definitely shop w/ Zappos again.

Chuck Taylor Converse All Star Core Ox - The shoes are everything I expected and wanted. They arrived sooner than I thought. If I could only change one thing I would have them come in orange also. They only come in orange slip ons.

Chuck Taylor rules - I have been wearing all stars every day for forty years. Was concerned when they started manufacturing them out of the U.S. but have not seen a quality problem. I had trouble finding them until my son suggested Zappos. Thanks for the fast shipping time.

Old favorite - Love these shoes... make me feel like a kid again. Comfort isn't like my sneaks, though, compared to my four-inched collection, they are fabulous. Style gives these shoes a leg up on any other ones I have...

Pretty Good for a size 15 shoe - I love buying stuff from Zappos. They are quick, have the sizes I need, and have great prices. From the couple of times that I have ordered stuff not even 1 mistake was made plus shipping is faster than most places. Thanks!

Classic! Great shoes! You can't argue with the Chuck Taylors! However, the only "complaint" I have is that they definitely run a little larger than the size. I ordered my usual size, but a half size down would have fit just fine. As they are, they still fit well and are super comfy.

First time Zappos buyer - I normally wear a size 9.5 but had tried on the All Star at the local stores and found that I needed an 8.5 but NOBODY had 'em. I knew I'd find them on Zappos. I've always wanted Converse sneakers and these are just beautiful (pink)! Next up....the purple All Star!

Converse All Star Core Ox - Great service...fast delivery with no problems

Awesome shoes - These are great shoes, haven't had a pair in years, just got new ones, they are great. However, I wear a size women's 6 so I bought a 4, but it feels a little too long.

Better with laces - My daughter reports that the shoe is more comfortable for PE with laces than the ones that come without, and I think it looks neater because it's not pre-shredded.

Converse rock - The Converse sneakers are a great fit and go with every outfit. Not only are they comfortable to walk in but also to do sports in.

Just like picture - These shoes were exactly as stated. My daughters love them.

Great AllStars - I opened the box and I just hugged them because I hadn't held a pair in 20 years. They felt a little big when I put them on without my insoles but once I put them in, they fit perfectly. If you don't use insoles, order them a half size smaller. I used standard shipping and I still rec'd them in just three days. Great shipping time & I can't take these shoes off - I'm ordering a pair in off-white.

Great shoe - My junior high child is very happy with the new Converse All Star. They fit great.

My 16-year old son is now on his second pair - Of the black version with seven sets of lace holes. (He had them in 8 1/2 and now has them in size 9.) He wears them about 20 hours a day, every day. He finds them very comfortable, and, of course, loves the look.

Always pleased with Zappos - I noticed that your customer service department is known as "Customer Loyalty Team". Out of all of the shopping sites out there, NONE compare with Zappos. Referring to your customer service department as loyal is the perfect description!

Core Ox Review - I bought a pair for each of my boys to wear to school. From day one they have had no complaints of their feet hurting, blisters, nothing! They wear them with a school uniform and it really completes the ensemble.
