Zappos has great customer service. I bought a pair of converse before I read the suggestion to purchase a smaller size. So I purchase a new pair. The shoes arrived quickly. The return of the first pair was easy. I loved the experience I had purchasing and returning.

What can you say? They're Chuck's. I read a few complaints about Nike changing some of the components, but I can't tell the difference. Most people ordering these will already know what they're getting, but for the newcomers, I'll give a few details. These shoes are true to size and require almost no break in, although I do think they look better with age. If it's under 40 degrees, they're also not fun because a thin layer of canvas makes it feel like you're bare foot in cold and water soaks straight through. I know it's obvious, but if it's cold, look for the wool or seasonal Chuck's.

My purchase from Zappos was the easiest and most convenient that I have done. My purchase was delivered on time.

These are iconic sneakers and they belong in the MOMA design collection. Wear them for the cool look. Don't wear them for sports or recreation because compared to today's high-tech athletic shoes, these give zero support or cushioning. It almost feels like you're walking barefoot.

My son needed a shoe for the Homecoming Dance. Apparently, this is what the guys wear. He said it is comfortable and he liked them enough to wear after the big day.

These are so cute! The pink color is total girl! I took out the white laces purchased some black velvet shoelaces and oh man, way cute. I get tons of compliments on them. Converse runs big so I purchased one size smaller than my usual shoe size so if you wear a 7.5 normally, you would need a 6.5 in women's sizes of course.

What can be said of the Classic Chucks? I am still wearing these same style of sneakers since the 80's (back then in wild and mixed colors) and still love them today. Great for gym, casual wear, just an all around great and simple sneaker.

I have been wearing Cons for 2 decades. I had to return these because apparently they are making them narrower now. When held up to my older pair, they were definitely narrower.

Love my Chucks. Last pair I ordered were Optical White. I keep these clean by washing in my whites load every three or four weeks with bleach, and buy new laces each time. The thing I love about Chucks is the feeling of freedom they afford. They are almost as comfortable, if not more so, than going barefoot.

When I found out that what I normally wear, Converse Jack Purcells, have changed for the worse, I decided to order these classic Converse. They are a little less comfortable than the Purcells; I am going to have to buy some insoles because the ones in these are thin and I can feel everything. They fit fine (I wear a women's 12/men's 10, ordered a women's 12/men's 10). They look great, too. I am quite satisfied. There is no arch support, but you wouldn't be buying Converse if that was what you wanted.

You can't go wrong with Chuch Taylor or Zappos. Zappos always delivers without any problems. I have purchased from them previously and will continue to do so. I do believe Converse sizes are slightly larger than other brands of shoe.

I originally ordered an 8.5 without knowing that Converse tends to run a bit large, so I exchanged it for an 8, which has a little bit of extra toe room, but not too roomy where it's uncomfortable or where I end up tripping over my feet. I love my Converse and they're really comfortable, despite only having moderate arch support. I would say that the big downside of Converse is that the rubber on the bottom that attaches to the canvas cracks and peels off kind of easily. I've had my Converse shoes for about 8 months and I've already had a small piece of rubber break off. Other than that, Converse are a classic and they go great with anything!

What can I say, vintage cool. Look great with jeans.

Received our Converse shoes quick and they were perfect! My hubby has a flat foot and very long, narrow and thin feet, so they were true to size in every aspect for him!
