I purchased this for my daughter as a gift for Christmas. She really wanted this. It was delivered in a timely fashion as usual with Zappos. I have ordered with Zappos before and am always impressed with how great the service is, from the confirmation to the fast process to the speedy delivery and finally to how well it's packaged when we receive it. Also, in the past I had to return an item for wrong size, was surprised when told to just return it with the return label, but they would get another one right out to me before they received the one I was returning first. All companies should take a page from Zappos. Will always shop here.

Zappos is a great resource for Chuck Taylor shoes in half sizes. Most stores only carry whole sizes, which makes it difficult to buy locally. The Zappos price is the same as the local prices and the shipping is very quick and free. Plus, the color selection is huge. Some people say that Chucks tend to run big, but we have never had any trouble buying the exact size. We have only bought the smaller sizes.

Love these sneakers. I'm on my third pair. I usually wear a size 6 in sneakers, but I had to order a size 5.5 in these. I purchased them in black and replaced the white laces with wide black laces for a trendier look. I love Zappos. They have excellent customer service and amazing shipping.

Super cute shoe! Amazing service by Zappos. For sizing, I wear a women's 8.5 and I ordered an 8.5. I have lots of room in the toe area, but that's okay as I wanted shoes for walking all over the city in. Next time I might order down a size.

I got the monochrome black Chucks for a Halloween costume, but have ended up wearing them a lot more than expected because they're pretty awesome kicks. I really like the all black ones because they go well with jeans or cords and are a perfect colorway for the fall and winter. I've always liked Chucks because they're classics and look great, not to mention they are very moderately priced. If you need a good pair on concert-goin' kicks, I highly recommend these.

Love these shoes! I own 6 pairs of Converse, and I love them all, but this is the most comfortable pair I own! Usually it takes weeks of wear for them to really break in, but these only took a few days before they were like a second pair of skin.
