I've been wearing the low-top All-Stars for as long as I can remember (I'm 35). They're comfortable and functional. The metal shoelace eyelets help give you a snug fit, the canvas upper wraps around your foot nicely, the rubber sole has excellent grip, and the shoe itself gets better with age. I love my Chucks!

I got the red ones. I ordered a 9.5 but should've got a 9 but that's okay because the 9.5 left me with some wiggle room. They're so cute everyone needs a pair in their wardrobe.

Great shoe, very comfortable plus you don't have to wear socks with them if you don't want to.

It's a timeless design that has worked for years. Little to no support when you wear it, but unless you are playing basketball in the 1950's, I don't think anyone expects to be running in these.

My daughter loves them! Fun look, easy match to all casual teen outfits, she has them in red, too!

As usual Zappos proves to be a superior company. Anyone who says a corporation can't provide adequate customer service , can look to Zappos and see that that is just not true. My shoes showed up on time and in one piece, 12 hours after I ordered them.

Rundown - Love how versatile these shoes are! The arch support is okay and I can walk around all day in these - white gets dirty quick...but I love the worn in look so I don't mind. Keeper. I've had them for months and still loving them. I've owned many different colors and the white ones are my current favorite. They look so cute with cutoff shorts and a chambray top! I also recommend the Converse no show socks - they fit really well and have a good amount of cushion. If you haven't owned a pair yet - I'd highly recommend it.

This is a comfortable, doesn't cut your ankles or need to be broken in pair of classic sneaks. Sturdy, reasonably priced, and good to have when you realize they'd be perfect with what you're planning to wear. Timeless!

My 2nd pair of this exact Converse. It's comfortable and goes well with skirts and jeans. The hard rubber sole makes this my go-to shoes for cycling in the neighborhood. Normally I'm a size 6.5, but I went half size down for this pair and it fit perfectly.

No complaints here. I usually wear a size 11.5 and knowing these usually run too big I ordered this shoe in a 10.5. Perfect.

Great classic shoe. Runs 1/2 size large, but easily fixed with a pair of Superfeet insoles - which gives you better arch support as well.

Nowhere near the heavy duty construction of the original 'Chucks' from years ago. Go with the 'John Varvatos' line. They're better, still nowhere near the originals.

First of all, READ THE ITEM INFORMATION! You'll notice that you should order a half size smaller than your regular size. I made the mistake of not paying attention to that. But Zappos, being the awesome company it is, has processed an exchange for me so quickly. The shoe looks great, such a classic feel. I thought it would be too slim width-wise, but it wasn't. An awesome pair of shoes to own. Just pay attention to ordering the right size!

I got the black (with white) in size 10.5, and have had them almost 2 years now. I usually wear a size 11 in most shoes but rarely can go with 10.5. I had already had a pair that were a gift and decided I was fine with the 10.5 even though there was a small amount of extra room, it didn't seem enough to try going down any more. There is no arch support and the bottoms are a little hard, so they can get a little uncomfortable after a lot of walking or many hours of wear. I loved my last pair and thought they were very comfortable but now they can hurt sometimes. If it gets just a little cool out my feet can get very cold as well, but its great for hot summer days. Love the style, had wanted them for years before I finally got them - simple and classic. I'm 24 now though and think they might be a little "young" for me to keep wearing all the time.

Bought these for my DH and he thought they were great. Really comfortable, easy to get on quickly (we have toddler) and good for longer days out and about. Only complaint was that he didn't get them sooner (I gave as gift). :)

I love these shoes and always will. They are great shoes for the price. However, since Nike bought them out, then run huge. Easily a size too big. I always wear 12 and had to get an 11. Otherwise, they are perfect.

Cute, but absolutely no arch support or foot bed comfort. Like walking on the ground. Too bad.

The awesome, classic (and now trendy) look you have seen and love. I would definitely buy again and in other fun colors! The arch hit in sort of a weird spot on me, but it doesn't hurt or make my feet ache, I only notice when I first put them on.

Despite the fact that Converse Chucks are one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn, I continue to wear them regularly for 2 reasons: style and price. They have no arch support and practically no padding, and your feet are guaranteed to ache if you are on them very long in these shoes. As Converse own website says these run half size large so order them a half size smaller than what you would normally wear. (I wear size 10.5 but I have to wear these in size 10.) On the plus side, they are one of the most stylish shoes you could possibly wear right now. And at only $50/pair you can't go wrong. Of course they also don't really last all that long so it's a good thing they are so cheap. I think I go through a pair of these in about 6 months, as opposed to 9 months to a year for other shoes.

Great shoes but run a little big. I usually wear a 7 1/2 - 8 and originally ordered a 7 1/2 but those were too big. I had to return them and get the 7 but it was no problem with the quick free shipping and returns! Love the color.

I finally received my shoes after having the wrong item shipped to me, when I got the new pair I realized that although they were marked the same size, the left shoe was slightly larger. I am waiting on another pair now. I had to order these online because the smallest size in the stores is a 4 and Chucks run a size large.

These shoes are great! I got them because they are TARDIS blue and the 10th Doctor wore Converse (though not this exact kind, but still). I would get arch support insoles though (like I did) but the shoes are awesome.
