I love Zappos & their products! They take great care of their customers! I love the fact my shoes are delivered the next day or two, it so awesome - no long waits.

I have had this pair on my "To Buy" list for quite some time now and I am very happy I finally pulled the trigger. This is not my first pair of Chucks, but my two other pairs are my mom's from the 80s. They're rad but I wanted a shoe that I could wear to class, walking downtown, etc. that would be adorable and not be my running sneakers. I got that shoe. Size-wise: I ordered a half size down (I am usually a size 6 and ordered a 5.5) so I would highly recommend doing the same.

I usually take a size 8, but ordered a size 7 and fit great. LOVED the charcoal color & received several compliments the first day I wore them. Color goes great with everything. Very pleased with this purchase!

Needed a cute sneaker that wasn't an athletic shoe like my running or workout shoe, and these fit the bill. Very stylish and comfy. All the rage with the teens but this Mom can rock skinny jeans too! Unisex, but definitely order a full size down!

For the past year I have been waiting and wanting to buy this classic pair of Chuck's. I have heard great things about "Zappos" so I decided to give you guys a shot. I normally wear a size (9) in sneakers; however, after reading many reviews on the site, I decided to order a half-size smaller at 8.5) like many have stated. This size (8.5) fits perfectly with room to spare. The quality of the sneaker is superior and I am thinking of ordering another pair. You will not be disappointed.

The shoe runs large. I typically wear a size 14 and fit into these size 13. It's comfortable enough and looks good.

I am almost always a 10.5 (mens) and the 10 I received was still too big so I went with the 9.5. Great shoe, a classic. This is not an athletic shoe, much more of a casual sneaker.

Great shoe. Love chucks. Get a half a size shorter than you are and you're all set.

Follow their advice on size ordering (I normally wear a 10 but had to order a 9 in these). All in all shoe is good but Zappos customer service and delivery is even better.

I used to wear these in the 60's, and early to mid 70's I remember my parents would not buy them for me because a couple bucks for Tennis shoes was considered expensive in those days, I still like them 40 years later, they were better quality when they were made in the US though,as for fit, they do run a bit large, I wear a size 14, but the 13 in these fits fine.

Who doesn't love Chuck Taylors? The pink version here are fun to wear and always comfortable.

My 1st pair of Converse Chuck Taylor all star shoes. They fit great. I regularly wear a men's 10.5, but ordered 9.5 for this shoe. After wearing this shoe and walking around for a bit, it seems like the type of she you'd wear for any and all type of casual occasions.

Color is definitely more of a natural than a cream. No arch support but comfortable enough to be in all day. Very cute and casual shoe to wear with jeans. I've been buying these shoes for years and I'm never disappointed.

Love these shoes! They go with everything. Casual cool. When the rubber cushioning wears out so that I feel too much of my heel against the concrete, I replenish. There is very little arch support in these shoes (Jack Purcell Converse have more) but I always use some kind of insole and then it's all good. I have a narrow foot, wear a 7 - 7.5 in regular women's shoes. In these I wear a 4.5mens/6.5 womens - they run crazy big!

Way too big. I'm an exact women's 8.5. I think it at least 1 full size too big. Otherwise shoe looked as expected.

I love them! I actually bought these for my backyard wedding this June, so I haven't had a chance to wear them yet, but I tried them on and they fit wonderfully and are so cute! They were a good price, cheaper than buying them off converse.com and they shipped/arrived promptly!

So I got my Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars in all black and I really like them. They run longer size wise, because I initially ordered them in an 18 (my usual size and that's right ladies....lol) and they were too big. I contacted Zappos and they sent out a smaller size to me, no problem. This is my first pair of Chuck Taylor's because honestly, I never liked them as I was growing up. I didn't feel they had enough cushion for the soles of your feet. However, as an adult now and in the all black coloring....well let's just say I'm the envy of all my friends. :) I know that I certainly couldn't have beaten the price or even the selection Zappo's has available....ANYWHERE. It's amazingly easy to order and just watch my shoes magically show up. Zappos actually did make a mistake which delayed my receipt of the ones in the smaller size, but when I contacted them and made them aware of their mistake they gave me credit. For my money... ZAPPOS ROCKS!

So far I am truly satisfied with shopping on Zappos, every item I have purchased came on time and fit exactly as they should. Zappos is where I will be shopping for all my shoes. The wide selection makes me feel secured in knowing that what I will be looking for Zappos will have it.

These are the shoes I wore as a teenager. It was great they are still around. They are classic. And very in now. I only rated comfort as 4 star as hardly anything feels like great on these old feet. I also can't comment on arch support. The do look good and I get compliments on them.

Great shoe for weight lifting but not so for running. I actually bought these for general use and skating. For additional comfort I added insoles. They look nice and are well made.

This is a cute shoe to be worn for fashion purposes. If you have flat feet like I do, you may not want to wear them for more five or six hours without an arch support. Overall, they're adorable and classic.
