My daughter was thrilled to receive these for Christmas. The white aren't easy to find for teens (with youth-sized feet) Thank you Zappos! These fit and feel like any other Chucks--comfy but not especially cushiony.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift for my daughter several weeks before Christmas, during a very busy season. We had looked for this specific item in my daughter's size for weeks, with no luck! After placing our order (great price), they arrived within days and were packaged beautifully. The entire order was perfect, better than expected. This was my first Zappos order, but definitely will not be my last.

First of all I love doing business with Zappos. I tried to buy all our families shoes with them! Now to Converse....so cute for the money. My boys throw these on with jeans and a t shirt and look great!

This style is made perfectly for slightly narrow or straight medium feet. The size 9.5 is 1/4 size longer than size 10 Vans, but is slightly narrower, so it fits my son's average width feet. There is a small arch support pad under the insole. It's too bad they don't make half sizes above an 11.5 for my other son (size 12.5).

I want to start by saying how truly impressed I am with Zappos as a company. I ordered these shoes on Dec 23rd and received them the very next day. I love the free shipping and any store around here wants a lot more for these same shoes so this is a great price, too! The shoes themselves are great and definitely a classic style. The shoes are true to size and width which is excellent!

These are in every sense the old school shoes I wore when they were "THE SHOE" for hoops in the late 60's/early 70's. I have a very wide foot and still fit me very nicely. So even if you are an E or EE this model is a good one. Not great with the high arch but still pretty comfortable for general use; obviously no longer the choice for active sports.

The best way to describe my shopping experience is: no surprises. My shipment arrived exactly when it was supposed to and my shoes fit exactly how I wanted them to.

My daughter absolutely loves these. Yes, they run big. She usually wears 8½ in athletic shoes, but the 7½ fit great. Comfort is just so-so with not much support, but it's Converse, so it is expected and ok. I love this classic.

These all black Cons are my son's favorites. I have been buying this style for him every year. He wears them out and I buy them again. They are great shoes in a classic style. The only thing needed is a foam insole for additional arch support.

Shoes arrived on time. They always fit my daughter smaller than other shoes, but we now know how to order. Look great. Very "teenagerie"!

I absolutely love my Converse! I used to wear my black Converse every day for my entire four years of high school five years ago, and when this trend of white Converse came about, it made me want to get a pair again! Thankfully, my wonderful boyfriend got me some for Christmas and I am obsessed with them. I wore them all day, did not have to break them in and they are so great looking! Plus, Zappos has the best customer service and shipping of any website ever. Thanks so much, Zappos!

I purchased two different sizes of this same shoe (the first pair was too big). When the second pair arrived I noticed some big differences and realized they were made in different countries, in different factories. The 9 1/2 was made in Vietnam, and the white sole, toe cap and laces were more of a creamy eggshell white. The size 9 was made in Indonesia and all the white areas were bright white. Also, the size 9 Vietnam shoe sides were not as large, so the lace areas didn't come together as closely - so the laces appeared too short even though they were the same length as the size 9 1/2 laces. They had to go farther between the holes than the Vietnam pair because the sides weren't as close together. And the Indonesia pair were slightly less well-made than the Vietnam pair. I also had to order a half-size down from my usual. I feel like Converse has really inconsistent sizing across all their different shoes. A 9 in one is the same as 9 1/2 in another type. Overall, order several sizes to make sure you get exactly what you want because the color and size may vary greatly.

I know it says to order a size or 1/2 down but in my experience, the shoe was too small when I got them 1/2 size down and my actual size. Love them otherwise though.

These are really a cute shoes and I love the charcoal color. The toe box is a bit narrow for my feet so I have to return them. I ordered these on a Wednesday afternoon at 2 and they were delivered the next day and I live in the middle of South Dakota. Zappos is amazing! It is pretty much the only place I shop for shoes and bags.

Love these sneakers. We buy them in several colors. It is comfortable and holds up to the many miles walked in NYC.

These are not the converse all stars you used to wear in high school. The soles separate from the uppers after a few months, the canvas is wafer thin and tears in flex spots and the overall the quality is pretty shoddy. I love Zappos but these shoes are turkeys (and not the good kind). Converse shoes used to rule in the 60's and 70's, then nike picked up the brand screwed the pooch. At least Zappos gets the sizing right, they fit well while they lasted.

Oddly shaped shoe. Very long and narrow. Wish it came in different widths.

Have the low version and the hightop. Been wearing them for years. Now trendy and fun...at any age. Not for anyone with foot or back issues or for long periods of walking as there is zero support. Generally wear 7 1/2. The 7 fits in length with room for a sock. A bit wide for my rather narrow foot but can tighten.

This is a great sneaker and is true to size. I ordered five pairs of them, and got them within two days!
