My first pair of Chuck's. Absolutely love them! I think they're very comfortable but I have flat feet, others may have to buy a gel insert of some sort to help with arch support. They're exactly what I expected and I'll definitely use Zappos.com again!

I wear size 17 and through most of my life have had to deal with little to no selection in finding shoes that fit first of all, but also finding shoes that I feel are me. If anyone has ever seen size 17 high top basketball shoes before, they look like something Neil Armstrong would wear on a Apollo mission. That is why I just love the Chuck All-Stars. They are truly timeless shoes with a ton of different colors and styles to choose from. I even wore a pair with my tuxedo to a friends wedding! So from this astronaut to all of you out there get a pair and keep it real! Or at least keep it well refrigerated.

I love Converse. This is my second pair. I plan to buy more. You need to have all the colors!

Bought them for my wife. She loves them. She wears a 7 normally but 6.5 works well for this shoe.

I love my Chucks. I know the reviews say to go down a half size, but if you have even a hint of a wide foot you might just want to stick with your normal size. I wear an women's 8 but my left foot is just a hint bigger than my right. I also wouldn't describe myself as having wide feet, but they're not narrow either. I chose a 7.5 but as I wore them, I noticed that my left little toe was getting squashed. I can only wear thin socks with them or none at all, so I think with my next pair I will choose an 8. My sister who describes her feet as wide, stuck with her true size and is very happy. Because of this realization, I am still giving it a 5 star rating for comfort.I think it's a narrow shoe that runs a half size larger than marked, but because of its narrow fit, I have to stick to my true size and wear a thicker sock and save my 7.5's for summer and wear them with no socks. It has a flat footbed inside and you can't take it out, so if you need arch support, this shoe is not for you. If this shoe were an eighth of an inch wider, a 7.5 would be perfect, but because it tapers to the toe, it's not. I'll need to stick to an 8.

These Converse sneakers arrived quickly for the holidays. I had to exchange them because they didn't fit but Zappos made the whole experience so simple! I simply followed their exchange instructions and have had no issues! These sneakers are the best as well. I have my whole family wearing Converse now.

This was my fifth pair of chucks. I've been wearing these since high school and always will! They don't offer a ton of support, but once you break them in, it's like wearing nothing at all! They look super cute with tons of different outfits and will never go out of style.

Love these sneakers. It is very rare that I can find sneakers that fit good on the first try. I am 9 1/2 wide and need arch supports. I ordered 9 1/2 regular and they fit like a glove.

Comfy and stylish! Def size down as others have stated. I had to exchange a pair for my husband because I didn't follow the recommendation to size down. The exchange was pain free, effortless and quick! My hubs and I love our shoes.

Very impressed with the staff that responded so quickly. I had ordered some tennis shoes for my godchild in grey and when she received them, they were the black ones instead. Three individuals responded to me and apologized and reordered the correct ones immediately. They also told me for the inconvenience, they wanted her to keep the black ones. I thought that was a very nice touch.

These run a bit big... I usually wear a 7 1/2 but ordered a 7. 8. Was way too big. Great pear of shoes! Cute for a casual day with jeans and a tee. FYI these shoes do not provide a ton of support.

Great price and great shipping time. I ordered this the Friday before Christmas assuming it might be a little late for Christmas but instead I received it by the Monday before Christmas.

Can you go wrong with a classic? Not really. I wear a size 7 and these fit fairly true to size. Just a tad big but not enough to size down. Comfortable and easy to wear while still being stylish. Great purchase!

Wow! Zappos is the best! Unbelievably fast shipping...I was so surprised how fast my order arrived. The sneakers were great, just as described, true to size.

I love the blacked out colors and they are super comfortable. Love them as they go with my casual attire to wearing them with khakis.
