My daughter LOVES these sneakers. These sneakers are hard to find locally. Ordering from Zappos was very easy and their customer service is about as good as it gets. My daughter wears these for fun; she does not recommend them for serious sporting activities due to weak arch support. But she says they're very comfy nonetheless!

I love the original Converse Chucks. I bought them for the gym on my leg days. The hard sole keeps my feet as flat to ground as possible when doing dead lifts and squats. It has helped improve my technique after doing the lifts in Nike cross trainers for many years.

My daughter loves these...her third pair... I love the Zappos customer service too! When I ordered this shoe, they shipped me the wrong size and color and a high top version of it instead of what I ordered. I called and spoke with the nicest person who apologized and shipped out the correct pair immediately. She turned a bad situation into something positive...she suggested I just donate the wrong pair to charity. I don't think any other store would have suggested that, usually you have to send it back, I was so impressed that she made it so easy. Well done Zappos!!

This style is made perfectly for slightly narrow or straight medium feet. The size 9.5 is 1/4 size longer than size 10 Vans, but is slightly narrower, so it fits my son's average width feet. There is a small arch support pad under the insole. It's too bad they don't make half sizes above an 11.5 for my other son (size 12.5).

These are really a cute shoes and I love the charcoal color. The toe box is a bit narrow for my feet so I have to return them.
