Sneaks arrived quickly. Just what I ordered and just what I remembered and wanted. I had heard to order a little small because they run large, and I wasn't expecting much in the way of arch support.

This was my first time buying shoes online and it couldn't have been easier. Zappos is truly consumer-friendly. The shoes were a replacement for my old pair, so nothing extraordinary on that end. Just some new kicks to get shuffle around town.

I ordered a pair of these Chuck T's for my wife as a Christmas gift. Somehow, I was off on her shoe size by 1/2. At first, I was dealing with the return process, but once I called Zappos Customer Service (3.5 minutes) I knew my nightmare was no where to be found. The rep emailed me a shipping return label for the original pair to ship back in (I had three weeks to send them back) and then she rushed (1 day shipping) the new pair of Chuck T's straight to my door step. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BABY. Now my fiance is stylin'/profilin' in her new Chuck T's thanks to Zappos.

Feels silly reviewing a classic like Chucks. Love these shoes, got the white and they looks fantastic! Sure arch support is sort of non existent...so you hit the closest CVS and pop in a pair!

My 13 year old granddaughter sent me a Zappos link requesting these shoes for Christmas. She was uncertain about the size (6 vs. 6 1/2) and advised me she was currently wearing a 6 but needed a little growing room. Based on reviews I gave her a 6 and it was perfect! Thank you Zappos for making your site so user friendly even a novice can find what they want.

Love my Converse! Very comfortable, as close to bare foot as I can get. Zappos always delivers so fast. Great overall experience.

My daughter LOVES these sneakers. These sneakers are hard to find locally. Ordering from Zappos was very easy and their customer service is about as good as it gets. My daughter wears these for fun; she does not recommend them for serious sporting activities due to weak arch support. But she says they're very comfy nonetheless!

I own a few different pairs of converse. I wear a size 8 typically but always size down a full size in converse. I love their shoes!

Great shoe. Normally I wear either an 8 1/2 or 9. Went with 9 and fits great.

I love the original Converse Chucks. I bought them for the gym on my leg days. The hard sole keeps my feet as flat to ground as possible when doing dead lifts and squats. It has helped improve my technique after doing the lifts in Nike cross trainers for many years.

First pair I have owned-love them. I will say that I don't believe they are something I could wear to an amusement park and be comfortable ALL day, but for fashion and casual purposes-amazing!

Just got my first pair and I'm in love! I'm already picking other colors out! The only thing is I wish they had more fun colors like purple, etc. Customer service is outstanding! The best I have ever come across!

My daughter was thrilled to receive these for Christmas. The white aren't easy to find for teens (with youth-sized feet) Thank you Zappos! These fit and feel like any other Chucks--comfy but not especially cushiony.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift for my daughter several weeks before Christmas, during a very busy season. We had looked for this specific item in my daughter's size for weeks, with no luck! This style is made perfectly for slightly narrow or straight medium feet. The size 9.5 is 1/4 size longer than size 10 Vans, but is slightly narrower, so it fits my son's average width feet. There is a small arch support pad under the insole. It's too bad they don't make half sizes above an 11.5 for my other son (size 12.5).

I want to start by saying how truly impressed I am with Zappos as a company. I ordered these shoes on Dec 23rd and received them the very next day. I love the free shipping and any store around here wants a lot more for these same shoes so this is a great price, too! The shoes themselves are great and definitely a classic style. The shoes are true to size and width which is excellent!
