Zappos did what they said they'd do in the time frame they said they'd do it. Unusual in this day and age. I'm impressed.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and keep my feet nice and toasty. I love that they are waterproof, and they are very sturdy. Someone stepped on my foot, and it didn't even hurt. The only thing I don't like is the shape of the toe area. Someone referred to them as duck feet.

I love these! They are so practical for my work in the Operating Room and the patients get a kick out of the design. I can be on my feet for 12 hours and my legs do not ache at the end of a shift.

The insole is true to size, but the upper shoe runs large (it's shaped for a man's foot). The shoe drops down against the top of my foot when I walk. I tried thick socks, but then my feet got too hot. Target has inserts that ladies use to make shoes more comfortable or to prevent rubbing. I bought a large one (for the ball of foot, officially) and stuck it in the top of the shoe right about where Birkenstock is written. That seems to work. I wore my old shoes to work yesterday for comparison and the sole felt all wrong and my feet were too hot. I think I've already gotten used to having cooler shoes since they're backless.

I have wide feet and a high arches. These fit great and have lots of support. They are very comfortable (but not as comfortable as my Dansko Pro XPS). They are ugly - I have brown. I bought to wear as slippers inside the house so it does not matter - but they are really ugly.

Be patient and these Super Birki clogs will reward you. Don't do as I do, do as I say...wore these on an eight-hour shift straight out of the box and my toes were soon mangled. Enjoy them around the house for short stints until one day you'll forget you're wearing them. The support these shoes provide is unsurpassed and the color selection is adorable.

These fit like other Birki's I've worn in the past, and for me that's perfect. These are a little more heavy than some other Birki's I've had in the past, but that isn't a bad thing. The only thing I would call out that's a little different is the skull print looks white in the pictures, but it's actually silver. That's fine with me, and I actually like the silver better, but might be important to others.

I just love these Birki's. I looked at them for a few months and then just had to have them for yard work and just plain fun. They run a little big/wide. I wear a 40 in a clog/sandal but bought a 39 in this shoe, thanks to your info.They are so comfortable and I do wear them with socks. I will have these for years.

I've been through about a pair per year for the past 10-15 years. I keep them by the door and slip them on when I go out to walk the dog, which has to be done in any kind of weather. These Super-Birkis give me all the support and comfort I need for walking (not power walking) on gravel, grass, and sidewalks, and can be hosed off. Since I walk in them for over an hour every day, the bottoms are worn after a year, so I just replace with a new pair. This way, my other shoes have longer life.

I'm wearing this shoe more than anything else since I've gotten it. I originally bought it for gardening. I do use it for gardening, and it's great, with one problem. Dirt gets inside, and the insole is not washable like the rest of the shoe. I inevitably step on the dirt and grind it in. I could have gotten the one with no removable insole, but I love the support. I'm still loving this shoe, as it's so easy to slip on and run outside in any weather, and comfortable and supportive, like Birkenstocks are. I wear a size 10.5, and I ordered a 41, which feels short, lengthwise. My toe hits the front. Next time I'll go bigger. Great shoe!

This is my 3rd pair of this clog. If you like birki's, this is a shoe for you. I work in the ER and I am running around for 8 hours and my feet don't hurt at the end of the night. You can't beat the price.

So comfy I bought a second pair! I got these for work, with mild reservations. However really comfortable and solid. Run slightly small so figure a half size up if borderline due to European sizing.

I bought these for my hubby who works 12 hour shifts in the operating room. He really likes them and says they are very comfortable. He would highly recommend them! Great for folks in the medical field.

My mom loves them. It fits her perfectly, not too tight not too lose just right and it lessen her foot pain. However, it would have been better if they had one in a diabetic-approved or orthotic pair. Maybe if the insoles were softer than having to buy insoles.

In addition to plantar fasciitis, I have a super flexible big toe that forces a lot of pressure onto my other metatarsals causing them to inflame to a point where I cannot walk for one or two days. Did I mention that I am a professional cook? After getting orthotics for all my other shoes, I tried looking for cooking shoes with good support. Enter the Super-Birki's and their fantastic cork foot bed. Truth: it does take a few days to break this shoe in. After that, you'll be good as gold. Did I mention I work about 3 12-hour shifts a week, plus 3 5-8 hour shifts depending on the day? To say that I love this shoe would be an understatement. To say that I am on my third pair and plan on buying more is not an understatement. Thank you Super-Birki for keeping my happy!

I have been wearing the same pair of these for 15 years, it is now time to replace them. I work in the kitchens and they are an absolute must have. No shoes compare to them when you are on your feet all day. I love them, I must have them to do my job! Not to mention they lasted me for 15 years, I just replaced the insoles every now and then. Perfect work shoes for me.

Love these shoes, as I knew I would. Buy one size smaller to avoid a return. The insole can be removed, if you need to wear them in super wet conditions. Perfect for gardening or other outdoor activities. I am a ceramic artist, so they work perfectly for the dusty, dirty work I do--just rinse them off at the end of the day.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I bought them to work in the garden but wear them all the time. The removable footbed is easy to clean. I will be buying more of these.

I love these shoes I bought a pair of Birkis in 2004 and this is 2013 and I am just buying another pair as I speak. These shoes are just what the doctor order for me. They are excellent. I would truly recommend Birkis to anyone! Those of you who need arch support or just comfortable shoes try wearing Birkis you cannot go wrong.

These are the only clogs I will wear, especially for my demanding kitchen job. They clean up easy, fit well and work great with my orthotic inserts for my plantar fasciitis. My feet don't hurt and unlike other European clogs I have tried to wear in the past, they allow my feet to do what they need to without being restricting or too tight.

I have worn these in the past for outdoor gardening and rainy days. They are perfect for those of us that have wide feet, or plantar fasciitis of the heel. I work 12 hour shifts on a concrete floor and these help my feet to not be so tired by the end of the day!

Love these shoes, won't go back to any other plastic shoe I've tried. Comfortable doing yardwork, standing on ladders, shopping. I got blue and would love to have a pair of brown.

I am a chef and spend all day on my feet. I have been through many different brands. Danskos are way too narrow for me, and I usually end up wearing an old pair of Doc Marten boots or Crocs for comfort. These were great! Super wide and roomy. The only bad thing is that they are stiff on top and on my left foot after a few days, I know have a lump on the top of my foot.

The shoes would have been great for standing in the kitchen at work all day, but they do run small.
