This has been my favorite style of shoe that I have ever purchased from Florsheim, and that represents many shoes. My first pair was years ago, and they were always a little tight on the width. I wear a 8 1/2 EEE. The first black pair stretched out, and I just loved the style, so I wore them out. My second Dukes were a gray color, 9 EEE, and these shoes fit perfect. My third pair of Dukes is a 8 1/2 EEE, and these shoes are noticeably narrower than the Gray Dukes. Also, the Black, 17087-01, has a different heel than the Gray 17087-020, which isn't a problem. If you wear an EEE, I recommend you get the next size up on the Duke. I will wear the boots in eventually, it is just today I was going to be out 8 hours and did not want to have my feet cramped so much.

What's not to like? I love 'em!

These shoes reflect style ,and comfort . I use them for dress up or dress casual they're that versatile One of the most elegant shoe I've come across and work well in my wardrobe

My husband loved but I don't know if the boot duke it's like that, inside don't have any comfort pads I want to know if it like that?

This is a very elegant looking boot. I have 3E wide feet and this is one of the few boots in that width. Comfortable fit and it looks great.

Besides being too narrow for me at first, I love them so much especially the almost 2inch heels.

Boots had a few odd thread strands... on the seam that needed to be trimmed. and the Florsheim box was badly damaged.

Feels comfortable. The size was perfect. A little slippery to begin with, but was able to walk with a normal stride in a few minutes.

Great style and fit is true. A drawback is that the soles are extremely thin. A previous pairdifferent style was the same way. Great uppers but soles wore through way too soon.

I purchased this boot online in cognac. When it was received, the color was dark pink. I checked the model number inside the boots and they matched the numbers online. Maybe the leather is supposed to change colors after you wear them - lol. I'm too busy to return them, so I'm having them dyed burgundy. All and all, I no longer trust the photos on the website as an accurate depiction of the shoe for sale.

I owned a pair several years back but at that time they had a higher shaft (7-9 inches) not exactly sure but definitely higher which was great because your pant legs did not get caught on the top of the shaft when going from a sitting to standing position. The shaft was tighter fitting then these newer ones and I also remember a softer leather, I think lamb skin. But it was definitely softer shoe. The heels are too high. I took of 1/2 inch from each heel. BUT I still like them and they are well made.

This was a 'Second" so it's not finished as well as regular Florsheim shoe. It's nice, but no perfect.

Beautiful product! However, it appears that the boots were not new, and previously worn..? I guess that if I purchased these in an actual store I would not have had the same problem..? Nice boots, though!
