Been wearing this boot style many years. They shine up like new with standard wax polish, but I clean and rub them occasionally with mink oil to keep leather supple and resistant to water, winter salt, etc. Have a pair that still looks great after 12 Chicago winters.

Daily wear to work or dress, dancing, dates, casual works well anywhere...

my father has worn these boots for as long as i can remember and i have taken it as my duty, my honor to keep him supplied with these boots. when i say these boots, i mean this style.[...]. i have grown to love the style, but more importantly i have grown to adore and respect the brand. kudos to florsheim.

I ordered the Duke Boots at different times, and obviously ordered one after the other but with a different color. I thoroughly like the boots although they could have a little more cushion inside. I purchased a Dr. Sholls insert for both boots and like the feel. The triple "E" width is perfect.

The Duke is the first pare of Florsheim boots I have ever owned and I must say I made a wise choicce. I have never had a boot that is perfect to me in every way to include style, comfort and quality. I wear them daily with slacks or jeans and for any occasion.

Have been a customer for more than 20 years. I have several pair and wear daily. Please continue with this style, it would be impossible to replace.

Having grown up in the West I have worn western boots day in, day out for the last 40 plus years. For dress and business formal occassions I revert to my "Dukes". They let me stay with my western roots while meeting dress requirements. Go great with boot cut jeans as well. Keep making 'em!

The duke is the only shoe that I wear (except for canvas boat shoes at the gym and during the summer) for the last over 30 years... I can run, walk, or stand all day and dance all night in them.

Been buying this shoe for many years. Will continue to do so as long as they are available.

I purchased two pair of Duke style boots (black and brown). I was delighted to see Florsheim still makes this classic style dress boot! I still have two pair of the same boots from 1973! Talk about getting my money's worth out of them. It's soooo nice to have the same boots again NEW!! Internet ordering and delivery (to address state-side) were without issue. Order true size, they will feel a bit tight at first but the leather is soft and will stretch to conform to your foot. JTLamb

These boots are awesome. Like modern-day "Beatle Boots" They go with just about any outfit, and for guys who wear cowboy boots, these are a dressier alternative. Very comfy and well made. These are my second pair, and I couldn't recommend them more. The only advice I'd give is buy one half size larger than your shoe size. You won't be disappointed!

WHAT CAN I SAY... THERE GREAT

I have worn these boots all my life - am now 76 years old. It is the only footwear other than athletic shoes that I own. I keep several pairs in different colors in my wardrobe when they need replacing. love this boot.

Wish this style came in other colors besides black in my size.

I honestly haven't worn these boots yet, other than trying them out around home. But so far, I LOVE them! They're just what I was looking for! I'm a part-time entertainer, and I wanted a pair of "Beatle Boots". I saw Chubby Checker perform a few years ago, and he wore of pair of these, with jeans. Looked great! I was afraid I was going to have to order them from a company in the U.K., and deal with different sizes, etc. (I wear a size 10 E, which can be hard to fit). The Florsheim "Duke" comes in a 10 E size, and fits perfectly! A classic, versatile look! I like them so much, I ordered an additional pair!
