Normally wear 9W and the 10 was too tight with all the thick fur lining. 11 fit fine. Over the 2 years since purchase, the lining matted down, some thinned out at the heel. They keep feet perfectly warm and dry. I thought the flat sole would be uncomfortable but was completely wrong.

Super comfortable and warm slippers. They do run small, but I figured that once the fur tamps down, they will fit well, so I am just shoving my foot in there while they’re new. My feet tend to be REALLY COLD, and these do the trick!
