Zappos is the bomb! I am amazed at how quick & easy it is to not only place an order, but receive your order & return if it doesn't work! Also, the customer service people if you are having any kind of a problem or have a question are so nice & very helpful! I love Zappos! If I can get it there, that's what I do every time!

I gave these to my daughter and she loves them. They are so neat. Look wonderful, feel wonderful and she is so happy with them. I'm so glad I spent a bit more and bought her these wonderful slippers!

This shoe is so soft and cozy and I wear them all the time. As I am only 9 years old, I wear the slippers when I get home from soccer practice and back from school when I'm doing my homework. My mom always 'borrows' them so I have to pretty much rip them off her feet.

I was hesitant to buy this style because of the fluff around the edge. I tend to wear my slippers around the house all the time. I thought the fluff would just get in the way with pants and jeans. It doesn't bother me at all. Love the darker brown color. I'm an 8 1/2 so bought down a half size. Fits perfect.

Best slippers ever! Bought a pair for myself and for a friend. Keeps feet cozy and toasty. Highly recommend.

This was my first order with Zappos and I can't say enough good things about the company - free shipping that arrived in few days, free return and attentive customer service. As far as the slippers, they are as cozy as others described them. They run a bit smaller and more snug to true size so order a size up if you're in between sizes.

Unlike many other Uggs, these do not run big. I got my mom a 7 and that is her size. They fit well. They are really cute. I actually liked them better than my coquette. Zappos is the best! Love this company!

I can't speak as to the fit, because I bought these as a gift for someone else. But I did check them out when I received them and they seemed nice. I agree with the other reviews that these run small, so if you're a 7.5 get an 8.

Ugg's are the Best! The Scuffette is great slipper; Ugg's is a great manufacturer.

I love the feel of these slippers, the wooly interior feels wonderful on my bare feet. However one major problem I have is that the soles are very thin. I replaced my Bearpaw slippers with these but my Bearpaw slippers have a thicker sole and are warmer because if it. I thought these would be better (because of the brand and price point) but I have to say that I love my Bearpaw slippers, which are just a fraction of the cost of these.

Scuffette seems to have lost more than needed. Cooler? Yes, as comfortable? No! There is no support from the sole, no arch support and nothing but a flat skinny heel that feels like cardboard.

These are the most uncomfortable footwear I have ever worn. There is no arch support. The Ugg label is perfectly positioned to irritate my heels.

Fit good, but no arch support so walking was like walking on 2 boards affixed to my feet trying to keep them on! Not my idea of comfort, the wool feels wonderful though. Toasty! Would not buy again. Maybe would try the higher modeled on a clog style. The absolute flatness is very off putting in wearing.

I really like these slippers, they’re comfortable and warm. I did size up after reading some of the reviews but I’m not sure this was necessary as I do have a fair bit of room behind my heel. I’ve given the style 4 stars because I was expecting the usual Ugg material on the outside but this is kind of a ‘real fur’ look. I would definitely order these again.
